Bobcats, the Bucs think they are coming to a football game. Ambush them with a street fight. You don't hear people talking about how tough they are. The arrogance on the part of Bucs has earned them a butt whipping, and you are the one to give it to them. Don't make excuses, make plays. You are the host; serve them the most brutal ass whipping of the season; and they will get the same treatment from their next opponents. You will then be the favorite to win the district. If you follow the plan, EC will start pumping up basketballs on the way home. It is simple; no one catches a pass without a fight, no one cross a goal line without a fight, no one tackles your ball carriers witout a fight. EC is coming to your HOUSE; what are you going to do? Whip their butts with extreme attitude. Go Bobcats!!!
If you are one of the coaches trying to get the kids pumped up is one thing, but if you are smart you will not give EC bulletin board material. Now that your post is on the EC bulletin board , you might, just might have fired the Buc's up also. You want a slobber-knocker/I bet you get your wish. Ole Indian proverb " don't poke the Bear ". Just get the win. Homecomings are a busy week, hard to stay focused on football and homecoming plus this and that. I think it could be a trap game, I mean the boys being focused on West Orange Stark next week . Just a thought, one game at a time and take no-one lightly . Just win

All is not lost,, Diboll was a last minute game with what two days preparation time. Kinda of hard to be mentally up for a brawl when you thought you were gonna play the Livingston boy choir and at last minute got a George Foremon with an attitude. I know it hurts but it wasn't a district game and could get the boys woke up. Not being ranked will definitely give them some attitude. No one wants to lose but pre-district is the only time to lose and not hurt to bad. Get the bugs worked out and all will be OK.

West Orange-Stark will polish up for Jasper. Fill sorry for the Cardinals because the Mustangs gonna be mad and bad. Mustangs have some head hunters.

Wow, I knew Diboll was good but they are better than I thought. They are definitely a team that can wear you down in the trenches where most games are won and lost. I hope both teams didn't have any major injuries. I am sure both teams have droves of bruises, That must have been a real slobber knocker. Jasper will be hitting on all cylinders when they play the Mustangs.

Man, these type games are not getting anyone ready for district or the play-offs. This will get ugly fast. Jasper by whatever they want, maybe more than they want.Sometimes you can't stop an avalanche !

Lord, I pray in your sweet and Holy name, IN the name of Jesus that this young man be completely healed for himself and for you to get the Glory. Jesus,it is all about you, you healed the Lepers, made the blind see, multiplied a few loves of bread and a few fish into enough to feed thousands, and I know through prayer from us, you turned Hurricane Dorian away from a direct hit on Florida. Lord Jesus, you are the miracle maker and I pray for total and complete healing in Jesus name . Amen

I really enjoyed the game and not just because Newton won. The game showed good sportsmanship by both teams ( both teams helped each other and were respectful for one another ) . The officials were professional and called a good clean game and sometimes the official don't get credit when credit is due ( if they would have messed-up,several of us would have let you know ). The fans were polite and courteous. I enjoyed the game . Silsbee kids and adults are good people. Silsbee football team will get them deep into the play-offs. JMO

Great game West Brook. You left it all on the field. You made SETX proud. I don't know any other way to put this but sometimes it just wasn't your day. You played good enough to win and it just didn't happen. Proud of the Bruins, heck of a game. JMO

Just be prepared,East Bernard seems to win lots of ugly games, these are the type teams that scare me. A team that wins ugly, you tend to not realize how talented they might be. Our Eagles have been stopped several times by this type team. A few years later the Seniors then still couldn't believe they lost. Just saying, there are no mulligans in play-off football. Be ready cause ,you snooze you lose. go beat the bulls. JMO

Well Leon the Lion, I am just a casual observer and appreciate both programs . I am from Newton and you don't want to poke this Bear at all. Just telling you talk is cheap and don't let your mouth write checks that your behind can't back-up. You don't ever want to give your opponent any Bulletin Board material, the I or We can beat your rear is one thing but after that it may work against your team. It is up to you, Like I said I have respect for both programs but talk can get you backed into a corner.
