I agree. By TX law she is clearly guilty in my opinion but I thought a hung jury was likely as the defense brought up enough reason for a juror, looking for a reason not to convict, could justify (in his/her own mind) a not guilty vote. I know that a juror does not have to justify a vote but I think in a juror's mind, he/she wants to be able to fall back on something.
 
I applaud all members of the jury for following the law and the judge's charge and not falling to politics. 

I could care less if it was posted. It is no secret that Fox News is not liked by most of the left, so this is all they can post about Fox News.....I would call it a good day.

Though it is a minority, but I would say that btw 4 and 8 people would carry one on each campus in BMT ISD......and I bet that number would go up for the surrounding school districts.  And I say that because I am very well connected to most schools in the BMT ISD as well as the surrounding schools.
 
I also believe that someone in the front office should carry one.

BG - Most insurance costs did go up. It's probable that your insurance went up too but your employer covered the increased cost. If the primary benefit of Obama care is affordable insurance to those that can't afford it why must Obama care control the insurance of every American citizen?

This was more apolegitic than critical of the Prez and was really a backhanded swipe at his critics.  The problem that Obama has is his beliefs and his policies.  But poeple like Dowd are in agreement with him on those beliefs and policies. So they cover for him consistently and unwaveringly, and when he doesn't sound Presidential to them and he is not as aggressive as they would like him to be on their "pet policy" initiative to radically change America, they show their disappointment with him without really ever being hard or challenging him!!

So now we make it about past pres. and what they have or have not done, he is giving much lip service with out holding any one responsible just like he does everything else!

I know first hand......this administration is terrible when it comes to treatment of the military.

I have no way to verify the actual numbers this article claims, but it's common sense stuff.  The more responders you have, and the quicker their response, the less casualties you will take.  I wish that every school had at least an officer, and i wholeheartedly support schools having teachers who carry as well, assuming that they complete a training far more stringent than what it takes to obtain a CHL.  My mom is a teacher and has her CHL, and i wouldn't be particularly comfortable with her shooting at anything even remotely near my general direction (sorry mom).  but give teachers extensive training in shooting, target acquisition, situational training, etc., and i'm all for them being able to carry.

Here's a question: How is it that Mr Sterling has been discriminating against minorities for years and the NAACP was in the process of giving him a lifetime award? Minorities are unwelcome at his apartment complexes, but now the NAACP in the LA area wants to cry FOUL.  The NBA & NAACP are no better than Mr Sterling. He's All about money & so are they. Now that your image has taken a Hit you want to play the Victim. How many kickbacks has Sterling given the LA area urban league or NAACP. Someone benefited. As for Magic johnson, he was once a Minority owner of the Lakers for a short time, why didn't he expose Sterling then. Michael Jordan has been a majority owner for a time as well, why all of a sudden he has a problem. Sterling is as wrong as 2 left shoes, but let's be REAL; nobody really said a whole lot the 30 yrs he's been an Owner. Let's not cry Foul now. Many former & current players have said these things about this man, even the NBA has known for years.  Honestly, I'm as confused as Sterling is about this.  What's the FUSS!!!  If it wasn't important then, why so important NOW.  I would have Run him & his wife off long AGO. Too many Watered down Activist nowadays. Lastly, what is the NBA players union for???  The union had to be aware of this long ago also. Heck Doc Rivers played for the Clippers, certainly he knew.  LOL
