Did DRH ever use the Bmt. officials when playing the mid-county schools?  The long pass was def. out of bounds.  the 2-pt was quest.  Congrats to Nederland and Coach Neumann, great win.  The great coach you spoke of?  Isn't he OC at Texas High now who just lost to vidor?  Nothing against TF I now and like him.  It is just some people treat some coaches on here like deity while bashing others. I hear High Island is down to around 14 players.  If this is true, SP might make the playoffs with 0 (on the field) wins.  I know that it would take HI folding up entirely and I just don't see that happening.

Just what I heard from some cleveland fans

Heard a freshman for HJ played a good game with the varsity.  Had two caused fumbles and made a leaping catch over a defender.

Remember who said this!  Football says Kountze will be 3 - 0 when district starts!  They play 2 1A schools with less than half their enrollment and a 3A school who almost never wins.  I look for LD and Kountze to be 5 - 5 or 6 - 4 by years end.

Or we might here about the 9 wins WH has against HD in the history of the schools.

There are no minor infractions.  When you see an obvious one, does that mean there are more?  New coach is not an excuse.  You need to know the rules when you take the job.  A minor infraction at the plant costs thousands. Did they do this at the school he came from?

Good luck to whoever gets it.  I have heard that every high school coach on the boy's side has already found other jobs.  he will need to hire 4 or 5 coaches most likely at coaching school next week.
