Look at it again.  When ned was in wildcat, they blocked down with the te/tackle and lead around the edge.  Granted you could call it 6 hole on that play.

I said this in another post about this game.  ALIGNMENT was the problem more so than anything else.  When you have a te who is a tackle, it is hard to stop plays in the 9 hole when your widest defensive alignment is a 5.  LB were stacked inside and only one person outside the TE.

How many tackles did the DC miss.  How many blown coverages did he make?  These are the "FACTS".  He can only put the kids in position he can't make the 16 and 17 year olds do the job.  At least they were usually lined up correctly.  You can't say the same for png's alignment versus the wildcat.

Pops, How many state championships do you have?  Gage is a smart enough coach to build a program and win if the talent is there.  All of the people on here complaining need to run for school board or apply for the job when Gage leaves.

Not to mention that before Alvin became head coach the freshmen were told that it would be advisable to play summer league only if they wanted to play football.  No first hand info I just know that they did not have a freshman team that last year and I was told that was the reason.

So Pool didn't have any athletes? FACT CHECK: POOL HAD THEM IN THE PLAYOFFS ONLY 2 YEARS!  Terry is a good coach.  This is not a remark about Pool, just informing the uninformed.
