Jones finished with 9 three pointers and I believe 31 points.

Had a tenth one that went all the way in and back out before the bench came in.

You know it's bad when even the starters are out there free styling for portions of the game.

5A now. Don't know if it's because they're a special case (so to speak) or enrollment went up that much.

Also interesting to note is Dallas Kimball is 4A now.

No more 4A for Faith Family after this.

Silsbee's gonna need about 4 or 5 kids that's currently on JV to step up next year. I'm fairly confident in about 2 or 3 of them being able to do that, namely Adams and Cartwright.

The 8th graders have been looking pretty good towards the end of this season. Wasn't impressed with them early on, but it looks like there's some hope there now.

Jasper get some of their players back or something?

That's quite a different score from West Orange putting 100 on them in the first game.

Isn't Fort Bend Clements in the same region as well? Lots of Olajuwon dna on that team to deal with.

BU still has a good trio with Davis/Dotson/Payia. Lots of teams wish they had that. They still got a shot.

Considering the recent bond failure, I wouldn't look forward to anything like this in Silsbee anytime soon.

They need a new middle school first and foremost.

I just hope this snooze fest of a district doesn't have a negative impact on the Tigers come playoff time.

I personally wouldn't want a warm up game because people would take it too serious. Evadale girls almost beat the Lady Tigers in a warmup game last year.

Since Silsbee should probably dial it back a bit next year with the scheduling, set up a real game next season. Silsbee will be down and Kountze will be up. Maybe we'd see a good competitive game then.

Kountze is way too small at the point to play Silsbee this year. Harris and Miller would do whatever they wanted to at will.

Maybe if they meet again in the playoffs the third time will be the charm for BU.

#4 for Cita looks like he always has something to say after every play.

Wolves can't get annoyed and off their game though.

BU currently losing the dunk count. Not a good sign.

Last game they said Cita had a kid who played on JV and varsity. Didn't know you could do that.

Bad time to play Silsbee. I'm sure the Tigers had some spirited practices after their last game. Also, it looks like bad Bridge City shown up tonight. They're not making too many 3s and missing too many shots at the rim.

Somewhere early in the 4th the Tigers woke up and realized a basketball game was being played.

They're playing a dangerous game in thinking they can just turn it on whenever they need to and win.

Silsbee won 75 - 56.

Unmotivated ball for most of this one is the problem.

They'd lose to Kountze playing this way.

Boys were out there sleepwalking through most the first half.

Shouldn't even need Harris to beat LCM.

I'd personally skip the freshman game unless you're a hardcore Tiger fan. It ain't pretty this year.
