Probably quiet cause most people's teams are done. Lets hope we have some teams to pull for after this weekend.
I think the big man Davis will have a huge night for BU. Seven Lakes don't look that big in the paint. Maybe it's cause they were playing Clements who had 7 footers and 6'10 guys on the court. They were at a huge size disadvantage and still won. Clements (who was also playing at home 🤷♀️) never really tried to exploit that advantage for whatever reason. Maybe BU should.
Seven Lakes it tough, but I say Wolves by 6 in this one.

Silsbee only has about 800 or so kids. They're comfortably 4A.
They probably won't be beating up on the local 4A teams that bad next year.
-
Houston Wheatley relevant again. How long has it been? Wonder if this will be the new norm and if Washington will fall off after Mcdermont graduates?
Tigers by 10.

On the positive side, the Tigers held HF to just 6 points for the rest of the game after they pulled to within 5.
Sometimes you have to win ugly.
We really need to be more careful with the charges though. That's really an avoidable foul and it's usually Miller or Harris that does it. There's a reason why they sometimes just stand there and give up layups. They can't risk getting another foul called.
I swear somebody from Palestine put a curse on Rice for dunking on that boy like that the last game lol.

You'd be surprised at some of the reasons people will give. I've heard quite a few for why we couldn't get a double header at the Montagne Center.

Won't be a double header at the Montagne Center (WB vs BU) as somebody turned it down, I've heard.
I think the Tigers can take this one by at least 10.
-
Yeah, they can't shoot either.
I'm just gonna assume HF's got this and check out of this one.

Center looks a step behind on nearly every play I've seen.

It's up now with no commentators.

If Silsbee has to play Center, the entire game will probably look like the first half of this one.
I just know HF isn't going to let us down though.

So I guess now Seven Lakes and Clements are the big dogs in region 3 along with BU. Not impressed with Shadow Creeks scheduling.

Clear Springs just needs to make their free throws.

CS up by 6 with 1:25 left.

85 - 57 is the final.
-
71 - 43
no defensive effort from Palestine.
Definitely pull the starters early tonight just in case it starts to get chippy.

64 - 39
Probably over now.

54 - 39
Nice defense by Rice and Jones.
#23 for Palestine built like a house though.

50 - 36
might want to chill with the 3s for a bit.
