I personally wouldn't want a warm up game because people would take it too serious. Evadale girls almost beat the Lady Tigers in a warmup game last year. Since Silsbee should probably dial it back a bit next year with the scheduling, set up a real game next season. Silsbee will be down and Kountze will be up. Maybe we'd see a good competitive game then. Kountze is way too small at the point to play Silsbee this year. Harris and Miller would do whatever they wanted to at will.

Maybe if they meet again in the playoffs the third time will be the charm for BU.

#4 for Cita looks like he always has something to say after every play. Wolves can't get annoyed and off their game though.

BU currently losing the dunk count. Not a good sign.

Last game they said Cita had a kid who played on JV and varsity. Didn't know you could do that.

Bad time to play Silsbee. I'm sure the Tigers had some spirited practices after their last game. Also, it looks like bad Bridge City shown up tonight. They're not making too many 3s and missing too many shots at the rim.

Somewhere early in the 4th the Tigers woke up and realized a basketball game was being played. They're playing a dangerous game in thinking they can just turn it on whenever they need to and win.

Silsbee won 75 - 56.

Unmotivated ball for most of this one is the problem. They'd lose to Kountze playing this way.

Boys were out there sleepwalking through most the first half. Shouldn't even need Harris to beat LCM.

I'd personally skip the freshman game unless you're a hardcore Tiger fan. It ain't pretty this year.

You'll enjoy watching Austin Brown play for Lufkin, especially if he plays like he did against Silsbee. 6`8 point guards don't grow on trees

As long as Silsbee doesn't pull a Dallas Cowboys on us, they've got a decent chance. Full roster should be ready to go soon. I suppose beating up on all these cream puffs in district might be a little concerning, but that's not in our control. Maybe somebody will put up a fight.

Much like last season, Silsbee JV is really good again. Not sure the Mustangs that showed up for this one could beat them. I would expect round 2 to be a closer ballgame, I think. Stangs will probably give it a better effort. They really don't have any size though and are worse at getting rebounds than the Tigers are. Biggest difference I'm noticing with Silsbee as of late is much better ball movement and shooting. Hope they keep it up.

Silsbee shoots the ball like they did against Jasper, this will be a blowout. They have an off night it might be interesting for a bit.

He also just became second all time in points scored for Silsbee. Won't be catching Bush though for the top spot. Crazy how Bush couldn't get nominated. Congrats though to Harris.

Probably won't last more than a game or two.

Number 12 is the big tight end for Jasper. He didn't have an offensive game last year, but was jacking up 3's tonight. Can't really get any read on Silsbee in a game like this. They do look like they're moving the ball around and playing better as a team compared to a few week ago.
