Post 2022 season... New press box and expanding the visitor's side to become the home stands. Also moving the existing softball field and creating parking on the West end of the stadium for the home team. I for one would throw some RGB lighting in to display the home team colors.

Now the Bears will look like a Cadillac.... Just don't play like a Ford.

In terms of high performance in today's world's ford is at the top. Might need to reterm what you just said lol

He may not have a non-district schedule then.   Cup cakes and 3rd tier programs still won’t be answering the phone when WO-S calls to fill a schedule.

They will still struggle to fill a quality schedule.   I would expect to continue to see LCM, Newton, Jasper and a few others on the schedule.   Everything else depends on how ambitious Hickman wants to be finding his 1st few opponents.

Lcm isn't playing wos.... Peevy said that last year

I think Mansfield is just above Many, population about 4736 from 2019 census compared to Jasper with about 7403 from 2020 census. Much smaller school. Don’t look like it would be much of an upgrade to me. Just wonder if their is more to this story?

dual retirement benefits is my thoughts. seen a few coaches move to LA for a few years then back.

KOGT has been the only pipeline of local news with weekly visits with the judge, LIT Orange, county and city meeting minutes, police reports, local business promotions, charitable events, etc. Dang, as I’m listing them its becoming more evident that Orange County will hurt without KOGT.

Furthermore, KOGT promoted many school events other than football. They broadcast, baseball, basketball, softball as well. These are programs that attract less attendance but still attracted a radio audience.

It won’t take long after their closing to realize the true impact.

Surely someone recognizes this and takes it over or renames it to continue coverage of some sort??
