  1. Who cares about the “HYPE”man. Texas could have won that game. The 4th and goal play that was stuffed was the game changer.
  2. We’ll get revenge in the playoffs.
  3. Nothing to do with politics? Society is molding these confused minds and the schools are guilty as sin. Of course these two boys are Christians, but that has nothing to do with it…..nah. [Hidden Content]
  4. Woke society has created gender dysphoria, which is meant to attack and confuse our youth at very impressionable ages. When these confused people are not accepted, they sometimes lash out. Use the wrong pronoun on one of these people and see what happens. When molly-coddled by parents, it aids in the confusion. I do not use his mental problems as an excuse for what he did. He admired previous school shooters and planned this attack. Had he been caught, which they usually kill themselves, he should have gotten the death penalty. If you think this hasn’t become political, you haven’t seen Newsom’s, Psaki’s, or even the Minneapolis mayor’s comments.
  5. DCT has become a childish troll.
  6. Here’s the way I have to view the trade. Micah Parsons is a great edge rusher, no doubt. However, the Cowboys couldn’t stop the run. Parsons has to figure into that equation somewhere. How many teams make the playoffs or win SBs without Parsons? Dallas needs to stop the run and got a good run-stopper in Clark plus two #1 draft picks. We’ll see how that works out but the potential is there. Can Parsons put the Packers over the top? That remains to be seen too. Game 4 will be interesting. Just me, but I look for Parsons to put a late hit on Dak. Oh yeah, I forgot about the $42 million in cap space.
  7. DCT contributing his facial expressions since he can’t rebut my post. It was a good, sensible post, I have to admit. When you can get a lib to copy/paste from Huff Post, you know they’re desperate.
  8. Walker’s first HR was almost a check swing. It barely cleared the RF foul pole and the fence. The way it came off the bat, I assumed it was foul and then I went….man, it went out. Altuve and Walker went back-to-back HRs.
  9. Gee, I wish I would have said that.
  10. Case in point^^^^^
  11. Done deal. Have to move on. Play the Packers in the 4th game. Better for the team not to be a distraction. Free agency has ruined football, it will ruin college sports too.
  12. When you have no answer, laugh.
  13. Paranoia? Dude, that’s the best rebuttal you have? How profound.
  14. Not surprised…… AI Overview +11 HuffPost is considered a legitimate news source, but its credibility is often debated due to its strong left-leaning bias, sensationalist headlines, and a history of blending original reporting with aggregated content and opinion blogs . Its ownership by BuzzFeed since 2020 has also been a factor in discussions about its direction. Reputation factors Claim to legitimacy Pulitzer Prize: In 2012, The Huffington Post (as it was then known) won a Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting, an achievement that solidified its standing as a serious journalistic enterprise. Journalistic standards: The company states that it is committed to accuracy, transparency, and thorough sourcing. Its policy includes issuing corrections for errors and retracting articles only after extensive review. Factors influencing credibility Political bias: Media bias watchdog AllSides rates HuffPost as "Left," noting a tendency toward sensationalism and using critical framing when covering Republicans or conservative issues. A 2023 AllSides independent review found evidence of slant, spin, emotionalism, and omission of opposing viewpoints. Fact-checking record: Media Bias Fact Check, an independent fact-checking group, has rated HuffPost as having "Mixed" factual reporting, citing some failed fact checks and promotion of pseudoscience. Aggregation and opinion: From its founding, HuffPost has mixed original reporting with syndicated content and opinion pieces from unpaid bloggers, which some argue lowers its overall journalistic quality. Critics have argued that this model contributed to the decline of professional journalism. Sensationalism: HuffPost has been frequently criticized for using clickbait headlines that over-promise or sensationalize stories to drive traffic. Reader trust According to a 2025 Pew Research Center poll, HuffPost commands low public trust. Only 8% of Americans say they trust it, while 18% say they distrust it. Among political groups, trust is heavily polarized. An August 2025 AllSides report found that only 2% of Republicans or Republican-leaning voters trust HuffPost, compared to 13% of Democrats or Democratic-leaning voters. Conclusion While HuffPost engages in professional journalism and has received a prestigious award for its reporting, its legitimacy is tempered by its clear progressive bias, documented issues with fact-checking, and the blurring of lines between journalism, aggregation, and opinion. To assess an individual HuffPost article, it is best to consider the author, read beyond the headline, and cross-reference the information with other sources.
