Im not a reipient of free stuff. If i were a congressman that received tax payer money and refused to vote on a supreme Court  Justice  i woud be. Are a billionaire that loopholed my way out of paying taxes.

When it really gets down to it most of us are better people than the party affiliations and politicians that we defend? We honestly need a strong 3rd party. Many people would leave the D and R. The D and R wouldn't like that. Look at how long some have been in congress. Politicians  need a divided group of people

First of all i talk with koch employees all the time. How often do you speak with them. You say the president was elected to two terms because of free stuff, where did you find this data. How did you determine that welfare recipients dont vote for republicans. Many rich folks want Hillary in office and many rich folk want the donald. I could say anything on this board as long as its against Democrats Obama or Hillary and you wouldn't say a word. Trump said that if he shot someone on main street his base would still vote for him. I cant see myself voting for Hillary, but would vote for Bill if he were running. Has Hillary lied and will she lie more...yes. Has Donald lied and will he lie more....yes. Donald wanted to vote for Hillary himself in 08 and has been friend with the Clintons. If he continues to say things to hurt his campaign I am starting to believe that he is working for the Clintons

You at least "get it."   It is a difficult concept to grasp, admittedly.  But the shame is it is why the third party may never have a chance, or even a voice in this country.  And that thinking, quite ironically, will help ensure HRC is our next president.  The good news is you guys will have at least four more years to get on this board and complain.  So you have that going for you, which is nice.  

You're right.  He's a rich businessman, who's brashness helped him in business, but won't work in politics.  He needs to learn that, and learn it quickly.  He has the tools to do it, he just pulls a hammer out of the toolbox when he should pull a wrench.

Maybe my viewpoint is a bit different.  I spent 20 years of my adult life serving my country.  So for me, America is the greatest country in the world.  When you knock on a families door to tell the their song, husband, or father has died, it confirms it. So many give so much and are there problems, most definitely.  I wouldn't vote for Hillary Clinton over my dog, but that's me, but I sure as heck am not moving to Canada if she gets elected.  People are naive to think that racism doesn't exist in our country.  White to black, black to white, white to Mexican, Mexican to black, and so on.  The problem is this is a learned behavior and people are ignorant enough to still be that way.  Then you have these groups that are still allowed to exist like the KKK and black panthers.  Why, they are based on hate.  Start there, and people need to have dialogue, stop with belittling other, and have a respect for each other not based on race, religion, creed, or whatever.  Back to your question, the country I live in has been good to me, I love and respect my flag, and it's the greatest country on the planet earth!

This country has a history of people getting free stuff and the "total outlays for free stuff & the seeming ignorance of so many who believe it is free." But when one segment of society perceives another segment will gain or surpass that "free stuff" now it becomes a problem. This country was built on people getting getting free stuff from another person's free labor.
