Newton will be fine , they went 2-3 in pre district last year so no big deal .. I'm just wondering why Koutze and Newton are even in the same sentence . Koutze has never been good , they made playoffs what 2 times in last 30 years . Newton made it every year the last 20 years . 

Newton is going to be fine people relax.. They will win district and make another run

To me this is a tough one to judge.  East chambers has a awesome defense for the level they play. Could they shut down  top 4a,5a, school if they were to play in the preseason games. Really this should be broken down by best defense in your class.. Otherwise there are arguments all over the place lol.

Do we take into consideration the teans they play? Because that could have alot to do with it as well...

Bridge City did not win against Newton. Newton beat themselves with mistakes. I don't think Bridge City would want to play Newton again. Mistakes cost Newton against Henderson. If Newton gets those problems corrected they will make a good run in the playoffs. I can see why Bridge City is so proud to beat a div.3a -2 school like Newton. When you consistently  start beating the WO-S"s then you can start bragging.
The cheap shot about the pulpwood has put you on the black list with the Newton co. people. We now know what type of person you are.

Nope but I take into consideration wins and losses. They only reason newton is still in is because who they have played and the team I know they eventually will show to be but you can't vote them high with only 1 win. You just can't. The credit is shown by being in the rankings period.

Henderson did win . With 6 or more turnovers any team will be on the losing end. But!!! Even with 3 fumbles and a lost onside Newton ruled the first half.. more running yards more passing yrds. Yes Henderson won. They are a very good team with size and speed. Newton will take this loss and learn. That's what preseason is for. In the end they will give WildcatBaker a team to watch deep in the playoffs while his is bouncing basketballs.

go take a look on smokay  and see what actual Henderson fans are saying, quit being a little girl troll

Ehh...I wasn't counting anything after the 2010 season because y'all took our coach. (I noted the 2011 loss only because I remember our 2011 record) Lol.. WT left us when Alavarez and everybody else did. But I do stand corrected on the stats. My apologies. Either way, back to my original reason for even bringing it up....BC beating Kirbyville WAS an upset. Simply because we had every reason to believe we were going to be a contender this year and no one except for the BC faithful thought we would lose that game at all. Heck, most thought we'd be pulling the dogs off by halftime. We still could be that contender but as of now, we're falling short. But tbh I'm using last year's Newton team as an inspiration because y'all started off 1-3...including a loss to Orangefield, a team we beat....yet got it all together and went on to state. I'm holding out hope we'll put it all together and get back to where I know we should be. 

East Chambers should be ranked ahead of Kirbyville.
