Looks like I'll be at Tarkington Thursday night and East Chambers Friday night.
Thought really hard about going to Spurger for Chester/Zavalla play in game but just couldn't pass up that doubleheader in Winnie.
As much as I value play in games over seed games, those two games each being a trilogy is just too enticing. Besides, gives me a reason to go to Tia's again.

This is disturbing.  They are better than previous years but this not winning on the road is pathetic especially to a team you handled very easily from start to finish the 1st time.
where is the mental preparation?  They have no business losing to IW
i don’t know the specifics to the game but several players must ve not played due to injury or illness.

I spoke about that in the other threads. If they are going to make a change, it has to be pretty quick now.
Like LBJ in ‘68, Biden will have to suspend his campaign since he is already running and gotten most of the primary/caucus votes. Like LBJ, Biden’s approval rating is horrendous.
 Unlike LBJ who I believe shocked the electorate, Biden bowing out will not.

Final playoff spots have to be played. In regards to seeding games (#1, 2, 3) there are multiple options.
First and most used option is play the game. Winner gets the higher seed.
Coaches can agree to simply flip a coin. This can be done two different ways. The winner of the flip gets the higher seed (1 over 2 etc.). Or the winner of the flip can choose the seed it prefers out of the two being flipped for.
The other option is one of the teams can concede the seed to the other. This has happened a few times when a coach thinks taking the lower seed is a better route for his team in the playoffs. 
Now there are some districts (not all) that require two teams tied for #1 seed to play the game. Other options are not available. I do not know if 22-3A is one of those districts.
 
I see Kountze and Orangefield playing but can see both agreeing to a coin flip.
One things for sure. If one coach wants to play and the other does not, then the coach that doesn't want to play has to concede the seed.

Just because the kids are better at basketball, doesn’t mean it’s not still a poor district.  And for me, it’s more the kind of music than the sound system anyway.  And if that didn’t make me sound old enough, it IS too loud for me, even if it was music I actually enjoy.  But that’s just the way it is most places now days I suppose.  On the up side, come to Lamar games. They’re still rocking YMCA and Cotton Eyed Joe 😂🤣

one of arceneaux s teammates play for Washington. He(Yates)hasn’t played this year due to injury, but once he does get on the court he s gonna make a big impact

Buckeyes are beyond loaded for this upcoming season, it's Natty time and I think they'll do it. Current HC I can see leaving afterwards. 

I was just talking to my parents about this last night.  That’s never happened before!!!!

Coach Whitmire informed me of that last night before the game. 
I told him he had to make amends for that only loss. Otherwise his team was bringing down the program.
I believe he did just that.

Orangefield won district at every sub-varsity level.  And 7th grade through Varsity, they’ve lost one game.  That’s right one (the first varsity game with Kountze obviously).  The future is very bright for Bobcat basketball I would say.  (Thanks to Mr. Todd Shores for that info.)

Seeding game will be huge… 1 seed won’t run into Hitchcock until the regional finals… 2 seed will see them in round 3

Guys, girls, we can't thank you enough for all of the positivity on this thread! I promise you I show him everything that is said, some for encouragement, and then some of the other threads to fuel his fire, lol!
Just please know that over the years folks haven't always been too kind because its easier to spread negativity and dog someone else rather than actually go and outwork them. We have learned to really embrace those that show support, because those kinds of genuine folks are very rare in today's World!
