Man, this one still stings. I can't say enough about how well Silsbee stepped it up today. Good luck to you guys... bring the state championship back to district 21-3A. If HJ can't have a championship, it will be a small consolation for them to say they split a four game series with the eventual state champions.

the ags scored 10 points in the first half, and lost 64-37. The Aggies only had one assist for the entire game! The aggies are quickly putting themselves in a situation where they're going to have to do some damage in the Big 12 tourney to get into NCAA tourney. They've lost 4 of 5, and their last two regular season games are @ Baylor and against Kansas. They'll be lucky to win one of those the way they're playing right now. So does the NCAA committee let a team into the tourney that's lost say, 6 of their last 7 games? I don't see it happening, but I'd like to see A&M make it in. [Hidden Content]

Game over. Congratulations to the Silsbee tigers. Hate to see my hawks lose, but you guys had the better team today. No controversy, no arguments, the tigers were the better team when it mattered most. Good luck to you guys at the state tourney. Bring another title home to Southeast Texas! I must say, the future looks good for the Hawks, as we have a TON of young talent, so maybe this time next year we can go at it again. Once again, congratulations!
