Kansas pulled away at the end, but OU gave them all they wanted. This game was every bit as close as the Texas game, and Warren didn't have near the game he did against Texas. Kansas moves to 23-5.

Kansas had a HUGE lead, but OU is making a big run midway through the 2nd half. KU is currently up 6 after being up 15-20 earlier in the half. it's been an entertaining game.

Record: 18-8 they'll win at least 2 more conference games, and probably 3, plus a game or two in the big 12 tourney, so you're looking at a final record with at least 21 wins. 3 HUGE key wins over Villanova, UCLA, and OU. Their worst loss is to 13-12 Arkansas, who at the time was the hottest team in the nation, and their second worst loss is to Nebraska, who's currently a very respectable 16-9. They have 6 wins against the RPI Top 50, which almost assures them a place by itself. They're top 50 RPI, and had a top 30 strength of schedule the last i saw. on a side note, ESPN Bracketology currently has them as a 6 seed, after being an 8 last week.

ya'll remind me a lot of the silsbee teams that i used to play against. always a few really good players, and a few more solid players, but just not enough true soccer players at the school to consistently compete with the top teams in the area. i've been impressed with the fact that ya'll have kept every game close this year.

you didn't use the word "idiot". you just implied it. you're more than welcome to express an opinion on here, but don't start making excuses when your opinion is proven wrong (like when texas won after you called texas fans naive and clueless for picking them to win), or start calling people ignorant when they call you on it. you were quick to dish it out when you thought you were right, but you didn't want to take it when you were proven wrong. the tone of your original post is what made me come after you to begin with. when you talk to/about people a certain way, they're going to be quite happy to turn the tables when given the chance. right now, we naive, clueless texas fans have all the ammunition we need. my first post to you after the game was done in good fun, but since you got a bit pissy with me, i've been more than happy to go back and forth with you, especially when the scoreboard has already proven me right. all that aside, feel free to always express your opinions on here. that's all i've been doing. i can tell from your posts on this forum and others as well that you know what you're talking about most of the time, and there have been plenty of times that i've agreed with you. don't take anything personal, just enjoy the board for what it's worth. i'm sure there will be a time when you'll feel it's necessary to make me eat my own words, and we can go at it again.
