I agree Jabari Smith would be the best pick for the rockets. IMO clear cut number 1. If Rockets get the 2 pick rockets gotta get Paolo. If Rockets get 3 pick I would be looking into package deals for future picks, or a proven player… you still have John Wall hanging over your head and Nets 1st round..
