  1. The statement wasn’t lame sensei. You don’t know what I am or my experience including military and martial arts. I’m just not into telling everyone about all of my Cub Scout badges. You made an absolute statement that was false. Although I do have expertise in construction, it doesn’t end there. I make one hell of a vodka martini. You asked me an open ended question about my experience solely for the opportunity to tell everyone about yours. I’m sorry your feelings of inadequacy and lack of hugs as a junior lawman have given you the need to tout your accomplishments to, well, anyone that will listen. But please, throw some more acronyms my way, so you can brag to your cat how you told me how life works...
  2. It’s related to martial arts and practical experience.
  3. No doubt about it. I never quoted otherwise. Lawman simply said you can talk without breathing. I correctly called him on it. Then he went on to change his criteria for his comments and now he wants to know my experience with being choked out! Lol. But if you let him, he will give you step by step instructions on how to perform CPR on a German Shepherd while simultaneously cleaning out its anal gland. He’s a helluva guy. Just ask him...
  4. Yes. But why is that relevant?
  5. “If you can talk for more than what your last breath gives you, then you can breathe, albeit on possibly a limited basis.“ is what I said. I guess you are agreeing with me based on your quote above. I simply stated that breathing was involved. Not as to the quality of breathing.
  6. It doesn’t mean they wouldn’t have either. Just my two cents... (heh heh)
  7. How do you know that? Are they doing EVERYTHING possible? I doubt it. Are you on the school board? A special planning commission? Do I not have a right to convey my opinion on this and any other subject? I do not live in Nederland, but I have 3 properties in Nederland and pay my fair share of taxes there. I am also in the construction industry and have a vast knowledge of how long it takes to build anything from a dog house, to a home to a refinery... I have worked on many municipal projects and understand theIr ineptness of doing anything in a timely fashion. They are allowed to go at a snail’s pace, because they have no one to answer to - no customer, if you will. “No need to rush it...” That’s a direct quote from the superintendent. So, I will continue to pose my opinion based on lots of experience while standing on my well constructed soap box which is the one thing in this conversation that is being delivered right on time.
  8. [Hidden Content] To CardinalBacker’s point, see above:
  9. Perhaps, if you want to make a real statement, you should post deaths of white folk killed by black officers. Even more, where a white person was killed by a black person and nothing was done about it for months only after a video was released. I won’t hold my breath waiting if that’s ok with you...
  10. No. They would have to have too many meetings to do that. Plus it’s too efficient.
  11. Good practices for ALL races to follow (especially if you are innocent): 10 Considerstions if Stopped by the Police 1. Be polite and respectful when stopped by the police. Keep your mouth closed. 2. If you feel that your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a formal complaint with your local police jurisdiction after the fact. 3. Don’t, under any circumstance, get into an argument with the police. What do you think you are going to accomplish? 4. Always remember that anything you say or do can be used against you in court. 5. Keep your hands in plain sight and make sure the police can see your hands at all times. 6. Avoid physical contact with the police. No sudden movements, and keep hands out of your pockets. 7. Do not run because you are afraid of the police. 8. Even if you believe that you are innocent, do not resist arrest. 9. Don’t make any statements about the incident until you are able to meet with a lawyer or public defender. 10. Stay calm and remain in control. Watch your words, body language and emotions. Police officers way more often than not are good people trying to protect and serve. They are trained to deal with all types of people. They don’t know which one you are. Make their job easier and your experience better by following the guidelines above.
  12. Now that’s a helluva deal!
  13. If you can talk for more than what your last breath gives you, then you can breathe, albeit on possibly a limited basis.
  14. Hagar, Hagar, Hagar... Now you KNOW that Trump had those people killed on purpose to lower the number of Democrat votes in hopes of turning blue states to red. Silly man. At least that’s what Nancy and the gang will say...
  15. Can’t argue with stats? I tend to greatly disagree. Did someone say China Virus Stats? Facts and stats are 2 different things. Perhaps you misspoke.
  16. They also forget that this is all being run by a school district which is a State Governmental entity. We know how efficient that is...
  17. Did he offer any comment on the details of Coach Haynes’ release?
  18. But was he “fleeing” from a crime (other than simple trespass) or was he just leaving the house he was snooping around in? It’s all how you pose it. Nobody said all the other people in the many videos were fleeing. Also, did you just commit a Freudian slip? You just called it an “eventual murder” and not a death due to self defense. Interesting...
  19. This is one of the few things you have posted that makes sense.
  20. Did anyone ever answer this?
  21. What does any of that have to do with anything?
  22. Was an arrest ever made bay the McMichaels? According to the police report I have read many times now, McMichaels claims they told Arbery, “Stop stop, we want to talk to you.” A conversation is not an arrest, and an unarmed citizen is under no legal obligation to stop and “talk” to other armed citizens who are blocking his path. Furthermore, by trying to stop him for questioning Instead of arresting Arbery is an illegal detainment. Arbery was under no obligation to stop and talk to 2 armed men in the street trying to detain him for questioning. In fact, stating an intention to question a Arbery might be used as evidence that the individual claiming a right to make a citizen’s arrest is “uncertain and did not have immediate knowledge” that the victim had been the perpetrator of the alleged crime which would dismiss the McMichaels right to make a citizen’s arrest.
  23. So, no proof of the “No Trespasspassing” sign?
  24. What was the offense?
