  2. Respectfully, they don’t need the intimidation factor.
  3. Damn good guitarist. Steve Vai, who played with Zappa, is extraordinary. For anyone interested, listen to The Attitude Song, Viv Woman and Bad Horsie.
  4. The kid was ejected from the game. After that (to me), he’s on his own. He is no longer a part of the equation. I agree, the foul was very egregious. No excuses, but “the TEAM” didn’t do anything bad. The player had already been disqualified. Look into it after the dust settles and 86 the coach if he was grossly negligent by letting the kid play in the first place. Don’t let the kid play any more sports. I’m ok with that too. But don’t punish the ones who were playing by the rules. And as far as anyone learning a lesson from this, that’s a joke. It’s a group punishment for a single kid’s actions that occurred AFTER he was disqualified from the “field of play”. I know I won’t change your mind, you’re hard headed like me. I’m glad the ref is ok, and I hope that kid can get some help with his very serious behavioral problem. As far as the rest of the kids, especially the seniors who may never get to play again, they straight up got screwed.
  5. Thx. Thought it was something like that. Didn’t cancel the season or even forfeit the game though.
  6. My buddy Drummer knows the 2016 results! Lol.
  7. Because he was no longer a part of the game. It would be as if somebody’s daddy ran out on the field and trucked the ref. He was ejected from the game already.
  8. But it wasn’t my fault. Big distraction!
  9. Nah, once he was DQ’d, it’s on him. Not the team.
  10. Nobody will even care.
  11. Like when that kid from Silsbee jacked that kid from Jasper? Remind me what they did for punishment. Can’t remember.
  12. Yep. Same thing with most crimes a kid commits. If one of them gets in trouble, then nobody does anything bad for years...
  13. Hell, let’s hang the lot of ‘em. From the AD to the water boy.
  14. Should they send the whole team to ISS or expel them? Should the whole team be arrested? Just following your logic. When someone gets ejected for targeting, they don’t toss out the whole team. Cmon guys, there are steps and degrees of punishment. Depending on the circumstances, which none of us know completely, the appropriate penalties should be handed out. Maybe after the first incident, the coach made him seek counseling, punished him severely, who knows. Maybe the coach didn’t do anything and should be fired. Let’s see one of your co-workers show up late for work and they dock YOUR pay... kinda silly, huh.
  15. Trump said it was actually 3 million.
  16. I wasn’t aware this was a repeat when I initially responded. Changes the complexion of the whole thing.
  17. Punish the school? All of his teammates for his actions? You are delusional. Punish HIM. Expel him. Arrest him. Fine his parents if you want. It wasn’t his teammates’ fault. It wasn’t his coaches fault. It was HIS fault. It was HIS PARENTS’ fault. Or even possibly he may have been abused, molested, tortured, who knows. I’m just saying his coach probably didn’t give him the green light for those actions. He did it of his own accord. Punish him...
  18. I think those were 2016
  19. Wonder when the 10-4A-D1 selections come out?
