Rolling Stone magazine has him at no. 33. It’s hard to waive off the likes of Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, Duane Allman, Carlos Santana, Stevie Ray Vaughan, etc. etc. etc. He’s one helluva guitar player, just not the best in my opinion.

If I’m being honest, I like pretty much all genres of music including hip hop & rap. I would have been just as happy with Country, Classic Rock or anything else for that matter. Probably could’ve been a little more family oriented, but it was a decent performance.

The increased worth of your house does nothing but inflate your property taxes unless you actually sell it without replacement. Investment property is another thing altogether if you decide to sell it. Used vehicles mean nothing unless you sell it without replacement as well. And unless your cash is invested wisely, your are losing money on its value as interest rates remain minuscule and inflation rapes the value of your cash.
