  1. Let’s Go Raiders!
  2. Only God has the power to give Ben the strength and courage needed to endure this. Please keep praying for him or add him to your prayer list at church. Thank you again.
  3. Yes and Amen
  4. Lmao. Like Jaren Carpenter sang, “It’s only just begun…”
  5. Thank you. The illness is almost unheard of for such a young man who is otherwise in excellent health.
  6. Ben Featherston played on the D-Line with my son for the Raiders. He graduated this year with Academic Scholarships to Baylor. He is an awesome kid. Please read the Facebook post from his family below: “Update for Ben Featherston! 10/31/21 For Ben, this weekend has been a time of rest and stabilization in preparation for a big surgery tomorrow. As y'all know, Ben's body remains in a state of instability which is preventing his liver & kidneys from recovering. This instability is coming from his legs which were severely injured from lack of blood flow from cardiogenic shock when Ben's illness started on 9/29/21. Now, 32 days later, his legs have not been able to recover despite numerous debridements & surgeries. And, as his legs worsen, they release toxins into his body that keep his blood pressure unstable & keep his liver and kidneys very sick. This is very much a life or death situation. The only solution in stopping this viscous cycle is amputation. Ben will have both legs amputated above the knee tomorrow. Ben is aware of the situation and has shown strength beyond his age. We have told him he has an army of Drs and nurses fighting for him and a second army of friends and family fighting for him and lastly, God's army surrounding him. His fight continues to amaze us!Thank you for your continued love & prayers. Ben needs them now more than ever!” I beg of each of you that reads this to say a simple prayer for Ben’s health and recovery. I wish you could know what a great and decent kid this young man is. Thank you.
  7. If you mean PN-G helped them by getting outplayed, then yes PN-G helped them.
  8. That’s not why.
  9. Maybe comprehension.
  10. Exactly. I was trying to keep it somewhat clean. Lol.
  11. Yeah, I’ve never seen a drive that would have been considered that. Lmao.
  12. Well, if it wasn’t expected to be competitive, then the importance of the match becomes inconsequential doesn’t it? I guess Hagar was (rightfully so) thinking you were indirectly commenting that both teams had a chance to stay alive which would imply that it could be competitive. Transitive property.
  13. I guess all the above. I know many that have gotten sick with the China virus and died as a direct result. I haven’t met anyone who has died as a direct result of being vaccinated. For the record, I have no plans on getting the booster. This is a question to offer perspective only and not to push an agenda.
  14. A simple question: does anyone personally know anyone who has died from the China Virus? Anyone personally know more than one person that has died from the China Virus? Next question: Anyone personally know anybody who has died from the vaccine?
  15. It’s hard to comment without being speculative. The lady who brought it to the school stated "We're no longer going to be quiet and let this go on.”… Let what go on? Was the student being knowingly disrespectful by dressing up as Tyler Perry’s Madea? I'm at a loss.
  16. I’m not disagreeing with you, I’m just saying whoever gets 4th seed is one and done. From the top three, they’re not just looking for a playoff spot.
  17. You’re being nice. 8 year olds have better cognitive skills.
  18. I can tell you there are 3 teams that disagree. Lol.
  19. The only way they lose to Splendora is through a forfeit.
  20. The problem is that 98% of their attack is on the ground. They need to learn to throw more or find another RB that’s effective.
  21. I think that score is very possible. If y’all don’t rest your starters, they may not even score.
  22. Lmao. That crap is so bogus. Did you read the whole thing or just the headlines?
  23. Yep. Exactly. Which is crazy, because Splendora is not very good at all. I think the Raiders defense for being so damaged and young have done at least an average or better job.
  24. Nothing would be better than Lumberton winning at Vidor’s house. I have no animosity towards Vidor. I love em. But the Raiders winning at Vidor would be too sweet. Moreover, they would have an easier 1st playoff round.
