  1. On June 19th Jeremy is going back to Austin for the Nike Five Star Combine. This is an opportunity for Jeremy that could put him in the position to play in the All American game. Also, a recent article of Jeremy in the Silsbee Bee got over 50,000 hits with the majority of those being from West Virginia. WOW!!! Those Mountaineers really love JJ.
  2. One of the bigger news involves this person: [Hidden Content] For one special night in Tiger Stadium! WOS fans, be prepared.
  3. Not only are we looking at a new approach for the preview show, but there is also some other big news coming. Stay tuned!
  4. I wonder how many local coaches we could get to be guests on our show if we held it at Hooters? ;D
  5. Yes he can. I talked to him yesterday after he got back from playing over there at Idylwild. He said he played okay, shot 76. The tournament is down to just 4 spots open out of the 144 player field. Only need one more spot to fill the pro flight.
  6. No. He has too many other responsibilities during tournament week to play. Randy Randall is the sole reason our greens are back to top shape. They are 200% better this year than last year. Everyone that played last year that is playing this year will be amazed at how good the greens are.
  7. Your comments are greatly appreciated. I am humbled by your words. I do this because I love it and I hope it shows in my broadcasts. Again, thanks for your kind words.
  8. Now how did you guess? ;D
  9. I do not know how Lamar would not give the contract to KLVI. Good call LU. Trust me, there won't be any "giving" of a contract. What ever radio station that gets the contract, will have earned($$$$) it. Lamar will go with the highest bidder.
  10. Gabe and I will have our weekly preview show. We are ironing out the details with us doing the show from a local restaurant. Stay tuned.
  11. I believe that my broadcast was "pro Nederland". I am sorry you feel that I slighted the Bulldogs. The fact is, anytime I do a broadcast, I call it like I see it. If the opposing team makes a great play, I will let it be known.
  12. Speaking of the cupboard not being bare, Brenham only loses 1 of the top 12 players from this team. They return 7 of the 8 starting position players and their top 3 pitches. They only lose their rightfielder, who is probably their 10th best player. Brenham should be in the thick of things next year too.
  13. Actually, broadcast will start in about 10 minutes. I will not get the benefit of any starting lineups. Will just have to do it on the fly, so bear with me.
  14. I believe Tyler Smith will start this next game. But I think you'll see Kirby, Josh, and Cody throw some as well. Cubs could pitch Schlottman again. He started this game, but only lasted 2 innings.
  15. Broadcast will start at 6:50 Click link below to listen [Hidden Content]
  16. Dean will be on the mound for the Dogs. Ty Schlottman will be throwing for the Cubs. He is 8-1, 2.46 era, 84 k's, 17 bb's, 62.2 IP
  17. WOS is finished with 58 points. Only Waco LaVega can knock them out of a state track title. LaVega has a runner in the 200, 400 and they have their mile relay left.
