  3. Like I said, I went where the money was. I would have enjoyed making $500 off of an LSU loss just as much as the tu loss. The problem was, I could not get any LSU fan to bet me. Either they were scared or tu fans are just born suckers. ;D My wife pulled for LSU because she has ties to that school, even though she is an Aggie.
  4. we'll see who's crying in Pasadena in January time for a lil payback--if LSU can hold their part of the deal Newsflash!! Neither team will be playing for a National title come January.
  5. Hey scooter, didn't you know there is no crying in baseball? ;D
  6. Where are all the t-sip fans( actually, just baddog ) congratulating the LSU Tigers? Boy, what sore losers. :
  7. Snook, hands down. 10 state titles, 8 in a row, nuff said.
  8. I am $500 dollars richer!!! Thank you LSU!!!!
  9. Of the Twin County Pee Wee league?
  10. I believe Silsbee is scrimmaging Nederland and LCM.
  11. The Saturday and Sunday rounds were pretty tough. Most of the pin placements were brutal.
  12. This Aggie pulls for the t-sips, just not tonight when I have money on the line. Funny how the whorn fans never pull for their conference or state. :
  13. Yes you will. My wife and I will celebrate also. She will celebrate the Tigers winning and I will celebrate winning $300 from a t-sip friend of mine.
  14. Tigers beat the t-sips tonight, 9-5. My wife is pulling for LSU, I am pulling for whoever wins me the most money. I am still hanging on to that preseason #1 ranking that my Aggies had.
  15. Nope. I shoot 73-73-82 to not even place in the 2nd flight. I should have played Presidential, would have taken 2nd.

  17. Mud on the ball. > That's one of the few things I hate while playing.
  18. I agree. This year, Jeremy will have to have a great game offensively, running and throwing. Our defense will not be as good as last year's team but they will still be pretty good. I believe our offense will be much better this year. I don't look for this game to be a low scoring affair like last year. The winner of this game will score 3 or 4 td's.
  19. Uh, no. Silsbee wasn't able to run the ball very well against that Stang defense. What they did do well was pass the ball. Silsbee had about 240 yards of offense that night with 180 of that coming via the air. Don't any of you think that Silsbee defense had a lot to do with keeping the game close? I do. Oh I totally agree. The Tiger defense played their tails off that night. I was just correcting skipper on the Silsbee offensive output.
  20. Uh, no. Silsbee wasn't able to run the ball very well against that Stang defense. What they did do well was pass the ball. Silsbee had about 240 yards of offense that night with 180 of that coming via the air.
  21. I'll take the field every day and twice on Sunday. Anything else is a stupid bet.
  22. I broadcasted that game between Jasper and Chapel Hill last year in the playoffs. I was impressed with the athletes that Chapel Hill has. Yes, they had a great runningback, but he wasn't the only player that hurt Jasper that night. I don't see another team in Chapel Hill's district stepping up to take their place in the playoffs. Chapel Hill will not be as good as last year, but I believe they will be just good enough to get in the playoffs. Probably a first round loss though.
  23. I agree. I think Chapel Hill does make the playoffs and Gilmer will go DII.
  24. I listened to that broadcast of that game and that's exactly what went down, according to Stelly. Hypolite had plenty of time and made accurate passes, but he can't catch it for them. I would rather have good speed and sure handed recievers than have great speed but stone handed ones. I think you'll see the Roberts kid be the better reciever over Franks and Haynes.
