Good hire.   Kudos to BISD

At the Masters it's top 50 and ties or the 10 shot rule. Because Speith posted -14, the 10 shot rule is not used. Top 50 and ties which ended with 55 players at +2 or better.

It's Speith's to lose.

  Correct

  Correct.

Kentucky just cost me $1500!!!!

He asked for the release.   If he enrolls at Lamar, he would have to sit out 2 years because of being in same conference. Lamar could ask for a waiver to only miss one year, but no guarantee.

  Really??

What events does he partake in?   Has he or will he qualify for state in those events?

Is Grayland running track?   Michael Jacquet would be my choice because of his impact in three sports. WRS winner in football, 1st team All-District in BB, track star (should qualify for state)

3/30 vs. Silsbee   Jasper's John McMillon  Sr., 3 run HR

BIG 12 SUCKS!!!!!   Damn you guys for messing up my brackets.   Last time I fall for that Big 12 hype of best conference in country.

Silsbee's Nelson was head coach at Newton before he came to Silsbee.

Let's get one thing clear here. In Texas, the state of Oklahoma is not considered a southern state. ;)   Carry on.

No school district in this area is perfect. All have some issues to deal with.   But there is no arguing that BISD is by far the worst when it comes to area school district issues/problems. There is no denying that fact and no way to even compare other school districts to BISD in those regards.   Like I stated before, when another school gets taken over by state and boots the sup/school board out and 11+ school employees get indicted for criminal activity, then we can start comparing districts.   Otherwise you look very foolish making those comparisons.   Great post tvc

TOAST!!!

  :D

The total number is actually 10.   I am hearing from very reliable sources there will be more crooks to be indicted in due time.

I still think ranking recruiting classes is idiotic but it's a good convo piece.
