The stangs as state rank as #10 can they move up higher then that with the help of the defense ur thoughts
Where is this posted about WO-S having #1 ranked defense in state?
 2.
Dont forget to pick up Soulja.  ;)
Turned me down. I am starting to get the idea that Soulja doesn't want to go to a small school game in fear of watching a team that could beat his Jaguars. ;)
 3.
unlv...im sure if u were to write a big donation check, the Lamar administration would be more than happy to hear what ideas you have for the school...
Took the words right out of my mouth.  ;D Wait, I think I have stated this before. ;)
 4.
I very well hope that WOS wins state, but I don't think they have the offense to get them through the playoffs.
I agree. That would be what keeps them from making title game.
 5. Thru the first 4 games, 10 different Tiger players have made at least one reception. That's what I call spreading it around in the passing game. Also, 9 different Tigers have scored at least 1 touchdown so far thru 4 games.
 6. I am grateful of the invite from the fine folks of Colmesneil. Looking forward to the game and it's festivities. It's a win-win for me as well. Colmesneil just happens to be playing one of my favorite teams and coaching staffs, Evadale Rebels. I will provide as many updates as possible with some commentary to boot. On my way in about an hour, get the pit fired up!!
 7. Most likely. I think the only team that has any kind of shot at them is in week 10 when WO-S comes to Tiger Stadium to play Silsbee.
 8.
sa almost won 56-14 but lost 26-23 have mercy
Exactly!! That is really stretching it!
 9.
I saw Spearman come out for a good part of the game.  Is he ok?  It seems he's a major part of that Tiger offense...
Spearman still not quite 100%, nursing slight sprain. He actually had his best game last night. I expect him to improve each week leading up to playoffs and I think his numbers will eventually prove it.
 10.
HJ 3 Silsbee 0 Domination.  :)
That is a copyright trademark of Silsbee and SETXsports. Violators will be prosecuted. ;)
 11. The Livingston coaches in the press box were very apologetic. I believe one of them radioed down to the sideline to get the kids under control before the next presentation for Mark Henry got started. I honestly think the players had no idea what was going on BUT the coaches were told about it beforehand and should have kept it from happening. Just a very unfortunate thing to happen.
 12.
Great game enjoyed it. Sat by an older gentleman, got a kick out of him. He evidently knew the whole town of silsbee lol. The Elam kid looked sharp, was he hurt when they playede png?  I don't remember him.
This was Chris Elam's first game of the season. Missed the first three games. What a first game of the year for Chris!! First two times the young man touches the ball he goes 95 yards for a TD on kick off return and then 65 yards for TD on punt return! He also had an interception on the defensive side of the ball. As I said earlier, welcome back Chris!!
 13. Nominate your offensive and defensive players of the week for Week 3 here! I'll kick start it. Offensive Silsbee WR/DB Chris Elam 95 yard Kick off return TD 65 yard punt return TD 2 catches, 45 yards 1 interception, 15 yard return 5 touches, 230 all purpose yards

Tigers have a couple faces I am not familiar with a Hardaway and Haynes that look good. Tigers take out WOS 47-38 in the second game.
Both of those two are freshmen I believe. Pretty sure Haynes is a freshman, not sure about Hardaway.
I Know Haynes and Hardeway personally and Haynes is a Sophmore and Hardeway Is a Junior
You are correct. I was thinking about Trey Grubbs, he is a freshman.
 21.
Anyone else heard Liberty has moved so many players up from JV due to injuries that they had to combine their 9th and JV? I heard they will not have a 9th grade team from here on. Is the varsity that decimated?
According to some (one), Liberty has injuries to about 12-15 players who are ranked in the top 10 in the state. ;) budump bum, ching!! ;D
