I admit, I left early last Saturday night. As soon as Aggie band was done, my wife and I headed for the exits. Of course it was 31-3 at half and it was already 10:30pm due to the 2 hour and 15 minute delay for kickoff. Our hotel room was in Huntsville and we wanted to grab a bite to eat on the way to hotel. Didn't feel like getting to hotel at 2am.   If only had Lamar put up more of a fight......... ;) :D

  A&M was #9, Mich. St. was #6, Ohio St. #7. Mich. St and Ohio St. lose, A&M wins. Aggies move up two spots. Seems logical to me. The polls have worked this way for many a year.

  No I have not. I do trust what some of the Silsbee coaches have told me about this situation.   Like I stated, Hudson switching was no surprise to me.

For those "needing" to know, the line on the Lamar/A&M game is -50.5 A&M. Does A&M cover?

I have personally spoken with Silsbee coaches about this situation. Get a different story from the one TxHoops is trying to spin.   I know why Hudson committed to Baylor. Has nothing to do with Sumlin and A&M. ;)

    I approve of this message. 100% agree!

  My point being the comparison of the young man riding his bike to summer workouts is not a fair comparison. Not during school year.

  5 SEC teams in top 12. 8 total in top 25

  Also, riding your bike during the day time during summer is a little different than riding it home at midnight on a school night.

Like I stated, I agree with the cuts. BISD has to make these adjustments to get the district back on good financial ground.   I am just being realistic in the fact that there will be some hurt by these cuts. Not making any excuses or saying the "system owes". It's just a hard fact of life that will force some to make some hard decisions.
