The Silsbee Tigers (9-2) will take on the Stafford Spartans (6-5) in a Region III 3A DI Area round playoff from Turner Stadium in Humble. The Tigers defeated Huffman in the Bi-District round 54-21 while the Spartans took down Houston Yates 40-22 to advance to the 2nd round. This will be the first time these two teams have played each other. The winner of this game gets the winner of Carthage/Taylor next week in regional finals. How about we get back to the topic of this thread, Silsbee vs. Stafford. I will make a prediction on this game. The RB Seales for Stafford will not rush for over 400 yards against Silsbee like he did against Yates last week. ;)
