UIL rules prohibits live video broadcasts on Friday nights. Only Thursday and Saturdays are allowed live video broadcasts. You can however do tape delayed broadcasts on TV or internet on Friday nights. Has to be at least 1 hour after kickoff. All state championship games are live broadcasts, regardless of day.

Some actually register with their names in the email. Also, we can run IP scans that can determine if a poster is using two or more accounts. It's not fool proof, but it's reliable. Bobcat55 account is still active. Had he deleted that account, there would have been no issue with him creating another account and using it.
