I have to make a correction. Ricky Price rushed for 1976, not 2076. McGuire's 1979 is the most in one season. Tyler needs 154 yards to set the new single season rushing record at Silsbee.

Very true about the Mustangs pulling their starters by 3rd quarter (except for the Silsbee game for some reason, ) But, how do you know that the 8 teams ahead of WO-S did not do that themselves?

Incorrect on Arline. He never rushed for 2100 yards in a season. Ricky Price rushed for 2076 yards in '83. He is first, then Jay, then Dontre who rushed for 1880 last year.

Education at it's best

I am told they are the real deal and why I thought SAISD messed up putting those two teams playing each other in 1st round.

I have already had several conversations with Ron on this subject. In his defense, his hands are somewhat tied. I think it's time to have the boys and girls tourneys on different weeks. I realize needing volunteers and being able to cover all the games is a great task. Kudos to the YMBL for what they do.

Will be putting together our preseason rankings soon and wanted to get some feedback on how many polls to have. In the past we did just two polls, Top 12 6A-4A, Top 12 3A-Private. We currently do football in three polls. Top 10 6A-5A, Top 10 4A-3A, Top 10 2A-Private. We will do one of these following: Top 15 6A-4A, Top 15 3A-Private or have rankings like football. What do you guys think?

Not enough to do pool play and using McDonald is useless when the big local boys teams play.
