I gave Liberty zero chance to win this game. But, this strategy was their best chance of winning, not to simply avoid getting blown out, although it worked out that way.

In his defense this year, Lamar has been decimated with injuries. Down to their 5th string QB and 3rd string RB.

Exactly. Highly doubt any game is played there on Friday and certainly not Saturday. Thursday probably only night that week Lamar will allow a game to be played.
