Mack McPhatter Mid County lost in the Championship game 2-0 to the Mobile Raw Dawgs. Great run guys, just came up a little short. It was an honor to coach this group, we enjoyed every minute of it. Way to represent Mid County and the great state of Texas!!

Believe this will be just the 2nd time an East Chambers team has visited Tiger Stadium. If my memory is correct the first time was about 8 years ago when EC played Woodville in a playoff game, but not certain.

We are still in the process of transferring over to a new server and software. Currently we are on the new server but the software change had to be put on hold. Our owner, Jordan Wilson, is at the hospital with his wife Emily as she went into labor last night and should be giving birth sometime today. I spoke with Jordan this morning and he said he did a backup with the old software just to get the site back up and running until his business at the hospital is done. He said he did make the server change but needed more time to get the new software online. He will be making that change late Sunday night. We should not lose any data with this change. The new software will have a different look and a little different in functioning but will be basically the same type messageboard. PNG under BF has always had spring football so only one scrimmage. When they decided to forgo spring fb this year it left the scrambling for a first week scrimmage. HF was available. 2. HF was a 7th place team, [b]but they were very very young[/b]. Still young, but they have talent. Most of that team Friday night was Sophs and juniors, much like PNG. C.
