Listened to the show. Bridge City RB Ashton Hunter is lost for the season due to torn ACL in summer workouts. As for the WO-S starting QB, it's my understanding that the soph. Cole has a shot at being the starting QB but I expect junior Rutledge to still get that spot.

I have close personal knowledge of parents holding their kids back in kindergarten to allow them have another year of maturity. (My oldest son is one of those kids but wasn't held back for athletic purposes) I almost was one of those kids but my mom would not let my dad have his way.  ;D
