That would be your first mistake. No one really wants to listen to an audio play by that's done in the manner of video play by. Audio has to be very descriptive. Doing an audio broadcast by doing video play by just doesn't work. Listeners (not viewers) need lots of info.

Me too. I picked Gilmer to win but in a 34-28 type game. A shut out was never considered a possibility. Particularly for a team who had given up 108 points in first 4 games. (27 points per game)

Which surprises me since Dave is a Houston area guy and used to do Houston area games for TSRN and Legacy.

Shelbyville made the adjustments in the 2nd half to win this one. Shelbyville just couldn't get the run game going in the first half only picking up 3 first downs in 1st half. Shepherd used their run game to basically keep the field position advantage, finally getting a score mid way thru 2nd Q. Shelbyville made some great defensive adjustments in 2nd half to shut down Shepherd's run game. The Dragons finally got their run game going thanks to a 96 yard TD run which opened up the passing game for them. Shelbyville star basketball player Jordan Boykins, who plays QB, showed off his arm talents with some nice throws particularly on 3rd down, moving the Dragons on another scoring drive early in 4th. Dragon defense was able to keep the Pirates at bay the remainder of the game. Solid win for 2A Shelbyville over 4A Shepherd.

Marks does get caught up in his stories but like Grad stated, he is a 1000% better than those clowns at KOLE!
