I am never against trading a top player. It's all about what you get in return that can help you get better. The Texans did not get better with this trade. What they got in return makes no sense. Something tells me there are some underlying elements here that will not be made public. Possibly a falling out between Hopkins and the powers at be.

I agree. I will miss him. Maybe he can land another job here locally.

End of 3Q: No. 3 San Antonio Cole 35 No. 5 Peaster 26 Only 1 more quarter left in basketball season.

It's my understanding that this year is a wash. It could happen later but I seriously doubt it. Too many other hurdles to jump.

We are done here. Heading home tonight. The decision should have been Wednesday, not this morning. At least my streak stayed intact.
