  1. That's correct.
  2. I can see this. This game means nothing to Silsbee. They have already wrapped up an outright district championship. I can see Sigler only playing his starters and key reserves minimum minutes these last two games. In fact, I bet we don't see much more than a quarter for the starters in the last game next week against Vidor on Senior Night. This is a very important game for LC-M. A win can keep them somewhat in play for the 2nd seed but would need Vidor to beat Orangefield tonight. But, the Bears are down a starter. Their PG is out for a few weeks.
  3. Spreading the floor to get the defense to come out and guard when you have the lead is not the same thing as to what Lumberton ran last Friday night. They never had the lead. To hold the ball while trailing by 10 points is not trying to win the game. It's just doing what they can from not getting beat 123-62 like last time. That's really all that was about.
  4. From KFDM: PN-G ISD superintendent Dr. Mike Gonzales confirms that Jeff Joseph is the finalist for the head football coach/athletic coordinator position. The school board will meet Monday night to approve the hire. Joseph is currently the special teams coordinator and he coaches defense at Southlake Carroll Sr. High School in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
  5. I agree. Same here
  6. 21-6A and a couple of other Houston area districts do the 2nd half of district play on Wed./Saturday due to the lack of game officials. They wanted to have the capability of getting the pick of the litter when it came to choosing officiating crews.
  7. So I guess it's true that Graham has to win a minimum of 5 games this season.

  9. Well, you said no matter what the outcome which would include them beating Silsbee.
  10. You are incorrect. If LC-M wins out they will finish 9-3. If Orangefield loses to Vidor, they will finish 8-4.
