I just found out on another thread that Trump got with Israel, our military leaders, and dropped all these bombs on Iran just to distract from the Epstein files. I strongly disagree that Talarico will be embarrassed by Paxton/Cornyn. Talarico is not Beto. He is a polished, experienced legislator, backed by the Democratic machine. He will get endorsed by national democrats and probably Joe Rogan and other big name independent thinkers. And then add a historically weak opponent in Cornyn (RINO, who pissed off most Texas conservatives with his ridiculous support of Biden gun legislation) and Paxton (crook and absolute scumbag). This one is setting up to be a nail-biter because of the failure of the Texas GOP, who's been hijacked by far right tea party religious zealots, who are more concerned with destroying public schools, subsidizing private school tuition for the wealthy, ten commandments and prayer time in school and primarying any moderate that stands in their way. You can thank looney Dan Patrick and bought and paid for Abbott for getting us to this point and giving moderate republicans and independents poor choices for candidates. It may now have serious implications on the national stage in the US Senate.

Green will be in a runoff. Has not lost yet.

The OL will be good but the straw that stirred the drink is gone. Everyone else looks good when the opponents are focused on one guy on both sides of the ball. The district is very weak. They could finish 2nd if Babin leaves. Would be an upset if they were to beat WV with Babin. Newton is 10x better than Hitchcock. Silsbee was missing several players when they played Hitchcock.

Good thing we have a 6'5" guy down low to bang with him! Going to be a good one. Crazy how low scoring that game was. We will run the floor for 4 quarters.

Green & Menefee have a runoff in May. Not a Dem voter, but it looks like Menefee has the energy & the more progressive movement behind him while Green has the donors, history & seniority on committees. Not sure what Green has really done in all his years though. He’s just been the default incumbent for seems like forever. Menefee has all the crypto backers behind his campaign.

Expect the same with Fairfield. Bully ball to the hoop. They have a 6’4” post that can score if he gets the ball down low.

Korea and Vietnam were wins, pure and simple. Of course some people love to ignore facts because for some reason it makes them feel good for some reason to say, well we lost one. In Gulf War I and II the enemy surrendered. How do you lose a war when the enemy surrenders?

I thought so. Announcer for WB game acted like they could meet later in the playoffs. Though I still don't understand how teams from the same district go to different divisions in the playoffs. I know there's a method to the madness, but doesn't make sense to me.

This is why I said conflicts. I also said what was key that was missed. The U.S. military has never lost a conflict ON THE ACTUAL BATTLEFIELD. The politicians have caused some embarrassing withdrawals when they’ve lost their will after handicapping the military all during the engagements. Y’all can’t imagine the ROE’s that were thrown out by politicos that haven’t a clue. I don’t know how it is now. But, I doubt it’s any better. Sometimes, we wondered whose side they were on. It was literally that bad.
