Cards win and they will hold at least a 1 game lead on Northwestern and Nicholls for the 2nd place spot which gives you a host site in the first weekend of conference postseason play. A loss and you could be tied with both. Don't know the conference tiebreaker, but Lamar would have a 4-2 record against the other 2 with Nicholls at 3-3, and Northwestern at 2-4. Next week, Nicholls finishes against SELA, Northwestern against McNeese, and the Birds face off with HCU. Watch, wait, and wonder. Another nice day at the Beck.
