As for experience, somebody has to give anyone a break to get experience. Somebody took a chance. How else can one get experience. Now seriously, if I go to Best Buy to purchase a TV, I don’t look for the 40 year old manager, I look for the 18 year old, fresh out of high school, the “newbie”. Why? Because he knows more about that tv than the manager, `since he has lived and breathed electronics all his life. No experience required. How about we give the kid a chance instead of judging him on experience and his appearance? What’s the worst that could happen?
