The way he handled himself in 2016 with Covid, Russia Gate, Sexual harassment charges from the 1800's, then aftermath of Jan 6th, New York, Georgia, survived two assassination attempts and the man still played golf and won the popular vote. In comparison, this is a walk in the park. While he makes the final decisions, he's got a ton of advisors and support staff. It’s not just being 79 years old… it’s got to be unbelievably stressful. It would be bad if things were going smoothly, but things are anything but smooth right now. The only positive that I can see for Trump at the moment is that it seems like he isn’t fighting off the legal system for the time being. I fully expect that to kick back off if the House flips next year.

I agree that anyone Trump’s age could decline quickly like Biden. At least we can also agree that Biden’s brain was/is toast. Trump appears very cognizant and is very coherent in his communication. He seems very fit to me. I like the way Trump is handling Iran. He has been very patient imo. Iran has enough weapons grade uranium to make several nuclear bombs, but U.N. officials seem to think Iran will not pursue a bomb. Lmao. Like I would believe anything that comes out of the U.N. when it comes to protecting Israel. What else can weapons grade uranium be used for? Taking out their facilities is a much better option than giving them $billions and pinky swearing like Obama and Biden did.

Nobody alive remembers where they were when the news hit on 6/19/1865. Nobody hid anything from anybody. President Lincoln emancipated the slaves in states that had already left the Union. That proclamation made as much weight in the Confederate States as one from the King of England would have. It’s also laughable to wrongly say “Lincoln freed the slaves” when the ones that existed in the United States (The North, at that point) weren’t freed until after the civil war ended. Personally? I think that Juneteenth is a great day for all Americans to celebrate. I’m not convinced MLK day is quite as justified, and I don’t know why we celebrate Columbus Day at all. But to follow your logic, Non-Christians should be forced to work on Christmas. Should ALL black people be allowed the day off on Juneteenth, or just the descendants of slaves? Because I’d be mad if some dude from Somalia who arrived stateside in 2018 gets the day off when I’ve had to listen to racist bull my entire life.

There’s no way to know for sure…. But I’m having a hard time imagining that he’ll still be around, fighting the entire world 3 and a half years from now. He’s not a young dude. That guy could bust a spring at any minute. Looking back at how quickly Biden deteriorated, anything is possible.

Delaware (Union State) didn't release it's slaves until December of that same year. The "First State" was also the "Last State" to release slaves.

He became a nationalized Citizen in 2012. He also has several degrees, the kind of immigrant that brings value to the USA.

I think we’re at 15 now. We could stand for a few of them to be recognized days, but not Holidays. There’s also been talk about businesses rotating the Holidays… these four this year, those four next year, etc. I don’t think Trump spoke out of turn- I think he was whistling at a group of his supporters who aren’t happy that the last two federal holidays were gifts to the African American Community. But he’s not alone- I had a black co-worker make the argument only black people should have Juneteenth off, lol. Fanning the fires of racism never goes out of style, I guess.

Trump sometimes gets in his own way....... While he may be right about too many holidays, timing is everything.... And as a bank employee who gets all federal holidays off......I would sure hate to see them go
