Meanwhile, the 2-year-old's father tried to petition the court to have the child's legal custody temporarily transferred to a relative who is a U.S. citizen.
-
The parents didn’t want that & had no one set up to care for her. I wouldn’t want to leave her in CPS custody either. This is another anchor baby situation. Really, she shouldn’t have been born here in the first place. Sounds harsh. But, that was the start of the problem.

Regardless the child is a citizen and should've been allowed to stay here Meanwhile, the 2-year-old's father tried to petition the court to have the child's legal custody temporarily transferred to a relative who is a U.S. citizen.
-
Yes, I would. That is a stupid question.
-
Again, this is an incorrect summary. You’ve done this repeatedly now. The Authorities didn’t ‘remove’ the girl and her siblings. The parents didn’t want to be separated & had no power of attorney or legal paperwork for anyone they knew to keep their children while they seek a humanitarian waiver. (Which I would think they’ll get. But, I don’t know if it those are only for the treatment time, or what.) I would think there should be a way to have some flexibility in certain circumstances. But, this is another issue where the parents were both illegally here & ignored an immediate removal order from long past. They had their hearing before their daughter was even diagnosed, were ordered to leave, and chose not to follow those directions.

Wrong. What if this girl was white? Would you care if she lived or died? Wouldn’t hear a peep. [Hidden Content]#

Nope A family that was deported to Mexico hopes they can find a way to return to the U.S. and ensure their 10-year-old daughter, who is a U.S. citizen, can continue her brain cancer treatment. Immigration authorities removed the girl and four of her American siblings from Texas on Feb. 4, when they deported their undocumented parents.
-
Let then kid stay here so that she can finish her treatment. She is a citizen

I don’t remember hearing this type of outcry when the Obama Administration created Operation Janus and stripped people of their naturalization status and deported them.

My best day of crabbing was with dead shrimp on a rod and reel on the Pleasure Island steps. Reeled them in on top of the water, made sure they had a hold when close, pulled them straight up and over the step and picked them off the ground. Caught about 4 dozen (that’s 48 for you college grads). If you went down the other end of the steps where the canes are, there was about a 7 foot gator there on the ground. He just laid there and I didn’t mess with him. I know better.

So, basically the study says it's humans fault because we were in the water.....lol I have been around alligators my entire life. I can remember wade fishing with my uncle when I was around 8-9 years old in marsh/rice reservoirs in Louisiana. They would SOMETIMES swim up to us in curiosity and my uncle would hit them in the head with his rod, and they would swim off. They were scared of us 99.9% of the time. We almost hunted them into extinction. When the new laws came out and only so many could be hunted per acre, they started not being afraid of us over the years. Then it became cool to feed them, some thinking it is a good thing to do, when in reality it is a death sentence to that alligator. As soon as that alligator associates a human with food, two different bad interactions will happen. It will either result in an injury to a human or a shot alligator for getting too close. Don't feed gators...... [Hidden Content]
