You should volunteer to audit the numbers. Put in a request with UIL and TEA. -

The Modern Legal Standard for Unprotected Speech The “clear and present danger” test was replaced by a more rigorous standard in the 1969 Supreme Court case Brandenburg v. Ohio. This case established the current legal framework for when inflammatory speech loses First Amendment protection. The Brandenburg test is a two-pronged analysis: the speech must be “directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action,” and it must be “likely to incite or produce such action.” [Hidden Content] The issues surrounding free speech haven’t been addressed since this case. The internet & social media has complicated this issue as ‘imminent & likely’ are not known since what’s on the interwebs lives on indefinitely, and can incite an ‘immediate reaction’ at any time.

I doubt they would drop 4AD2 enough to impact CS. CS has maintained the same enrollment +- 5students for 3 consecutive enrollments. Very little growth.

A lot of people are specluating that the numbers will drop down. If true then we're currently in trouble that would almost for certain put us back to 4A-D2 as both Coldspring and Shepherd (especially Shepherd) is seeing some growth with 506 and 628 respectfully.
