Kountze picked up two 1st downs and about 20 yards in their 10 plays. Both defenses are well ahead of their offenses.

Watching Bellville and Needville this evening. I’ll say this… in a couple years Bellville should be really good. Big freshman group and they are talented. Bellville is a good bit better than Needville on both freshman and JV… waiting for the varsity to start so I can over react lol

Only a sophomore should be good for 3 years, also has a good arm. They have a junior that can be pretty good also but he only played defense and ran the ball some last night.

Why do we change names anyway? To appease the minority voice? Shouldn’t happen in a democracy. To change history? Cannot be changed. To forget history ever happened? Not gonna happen. Josh Hader was diagnosed with a "capsule sprain" in his left shoulder and won't throw for at least three weeks. So that means for at least the next 18 games or so, Houston will be without their closer Hader. Someone else will need to be the closer for a while. Might see Abreu move to that spot and have others be the 8th inning man.
