Newsweek Ranks Beaumont #9 Most Dangerous Cities In America!
OlDawg replied to Reagan's topic in Political Forum
We used to say the most dangerous towns had military bases because of the businesses & other activities those businesses attract. I still think that’s true in many of these cases. The towns want the revenue. But, they don’t like the criminal elements they attract. Double-edged sword. Near every military base is typically the ‘seedier’ side of town. That’s probably why Little Rock is on the list. -
Remember all those spare masks from COVID? 😁 In all seriousness, it’s a new finding. So, no one has probably even thought about it yet.

I am assuming that the Nederland first team offense played for one quarter against the WB first team defense. Then they swapped. The second teams came on and did the same. Then the one quarter game conditions… kind of. If that’s what I watched, only the WB second team obviously had more depth. What I am assuming were the first teams played fairly even although it was so highly regulated it was hard to tell. It seemed like anyone within about 5 feet of the quarterback was considered a tackle but they called it for both teams. It is better to be safe in a practice. -

Silsbee secondary had some issues last season. The Jasper game is one I remember the most. -

sure did and EVERYTHING i said was true about Jones. Martin is my blood and he should not be playing QB. What made it work those last 2-3 games was nobody had film on him playing qb. He also didn't look like he was scared so yeah he was a breath of fresh air. i question every game this year. The only reason Morgan won't get blown out and the breaks beat off him is because the other schools lost a lot of talent -

In Orangefield/Silsbee scrimmage: OF 1st team scored on 3 long TD passes. Silsbee 1st team scored 3 rushing TD's and 1 passing TD. Orangefield had lots of trouble running on the Silsbee defense. Silsbee run game looked very solid. Tiger secondary will have to improve. Lot's of blown coverages. With no contact on the QB, it is hard to assess how the Silsbee QB will be. Many times he could have tucked and ran with it and they never really ran a read option due to the no contact. I think he will bring a dynamic to that position that Silsbee has not had since the Jeremy Johnson and Patrick Reed days. -
I have wondered for years why we didn’t make more of an effort to ramp up LNG exports to hurt Russia’s natural gas business. Sanctions will work and Graham’s plan to put tariffs on Russia’s customers would seem effective but I’m not up on all the details of his plan.

Definitely a message. Putin is a pos and very difficult to deal with. Zelensky could have had a deal months ago but he decided to throw a tantrum, like the punk that he is. Putin is always a nuclear threat so we have to be very careful. Let’s not any of us play ignorant here. Combined, the world nuclear powers have enough weapons to blow up the entire world multiple times over. Like LRF said, Putin is a madman and that’s all it takes. MAD does not phase him because he thinks WW3 is survivable. I too am pulling for Trump. This war is like a forest fire…..easier to prevent than to put out.

Do you think sanction will work? Also is Senator Lindsey Grahams approach a good idea. I did see where Russia oil plant was struck causing a shortage in parts of Russia.

Putin is no doubt sending an message, he’s fixing to test Trump in a big way. Personally, I’m glad Trump is there to deal with it. Putin is a borderline madman that wants the return of the USSR and the KGB, it’s not gonna be easy. But unlike some, I’m rooting for Trump.

My apologies. I cut and pasted as it appeared.

Above, you posted in all caps and increased the font size, meaning to me that you are happy with Newsom. Anyone who follows Newsom is not only anti-conservative, but is a communist. Tell me where I misinterpreted.

Good information. Musk is probably fuming about this information. Without EPA regulations what will happen?

I get called out for posting today’s event. I could say the same about another event and ask you the same question but I would be jacking the thread.
