  1. Past hour
  2. Just for those who don’t know, this is the old French Road apts. behind Classic Chevrolet, which used to be Walmart, Gemco, and Bellas Hess. Yeah, I’m old enough to remember those days.
  3. Not to mention that I've been hearing rumors that Onalaska is supposed to be starting up their football program sometime in the near future... If that happens you can bet most of our guys and players from Livingston will go there leaving our program in a sad state of affairs.
  4. This is step one in either a peace deal and end of war....or a chance of getting USA involved if Russia starts blowing up our interest there......
  5. Hillin and Clark are both great dudes. I would personally take the coach who has led his team to the playoffs multiple times as a HC over the guy who is a great assistant. just my personal opinion
  6. All you haters wanted heads to roll over this. Of course you wanted Trump’s or Hegseth’s, (that would be for the unrealistic), so here it is. We clean up our mess. Satisfied? [Hidden Content]
  7. Idk about that... Not saying we're anything to be bragging about since the state championship days but in Coldspring people expect you to win and win often. Truth be told I didn't expect Coach Stanley to last as along as he did. The budget has always been an issue since I was still in school there since the whole entire county is in poverty so to hire Coach Day was definitely the right move financially but as far as building a program back up to the prominence it once had they should have looked else or brought back Coach Morrison.
  8. Lol right and that's why everyone is mad about this hire.
  9. Coach Morrison out of Diboll... Our old OC that was on the state championship staff.
  10. Which coach/coaches were the community hoping for? Curious as to who they thought was going to get the job.
  11. Not the same article I was reading about nationwide injunctions. But, if you go to the summary it provides the numbers. Doesn’t include the current Trump Administration numbers like I found in the other article. But, shows from start of 20th century through first Trump. [Hidden Content]
  12. NBC News: Trump Admits Mistake: Donald Trump appears to have walked back his claim that he saw a video of cash being transferred to Iran. Newsweek: "He valued the apartment at $327 million in 2015 and 2016 financial statements based on claims it was 30,000 square feet in size. However, the triplex was 10,996 square feet. The only thing they have, Trump concedes, is the triplex, which was a mistake." NBC News: "On June 23, 2019, Trump discussed the border, why he stopped a planned military strike on Iran and what he called his “biggest mistake” as president: appointing Jeff Sessions as attorney general." Joe Rogan Podcast: "I will say it always comes back to the same answer, the biggest mistake I made...I picked some people that I shouldn't have picked." Try again partner. I can look up more if you'd like... Took about 2 minutes to look these up.
  13. Well from this forum Hillin isn’t worth a shit and Clark should lead Buna to state. I think Kyle would do good in Buna but if I had a choice I’d take Hillin. Pitching coaches are harder to find at smaller schools. Hillin and Josh Clark pitched for the state team and lead them. All the other guys were great players
  14. LCM vs Center game 1 has been moved to Panola starting at 4:30.
  15. Doesn’t he have a very good hitting coach that he lets handle the offense and he is pitching and probably is talking to his pitchers. He calls pitches I’m sure. With a decision to suspend a kid that long he probably wasn’t the only one making that decision.
  16. Bumstead should probably apply, he does most of the coaching over there in the K
  17. Built FW Bowell up for a couple years, assisted at PNG now he’s the head honcho at El Campo
  18. Lead them as a player? I remember there being a lot of good players on that team, Baxter and J Clark both really good. Craft, Sheppard and Hillin probably next three best, so saying that he lead them is a stretch. As far as leading them Terrier was at the helm, and K Clark has been learning from him for all this time and have heard he could have left for other jobs at schools that some would even consider better baseball job than Buna.
  19. Today
  20. I forgot about him, where'd he go?
  21. Trump doesn’t even think he’s done anything he needs to ask God for forgiveness, for gosh sakes. Your head can’t be that hard. [Hidden Content]
  22. From what I heard, much more than a suspension should have been passed down. And just because he led them to state as a player does not mean he can lead them as a coach (not saying he’s a bad coach, just stating that it is different) The times I have seen them, he big leagues it and sits in the dugout during games. Now behind the scenes, I’m sure he does okay but I wouldn’t know for sure
  23. Buna guy, went and learned from some good coaches and took a head coaching experience job and did good at a very non baseball school
  24. Clinton admits mistake [Hidden Content] George W. admits mistakes [Hidden Content] Put that first sentence back in. My post stands as written.
  25. Hillin suspended one of his best players didn’t he? I think Hillin knows the expectations he lead them to state.
