Does that loss include the subsidies that these oil and gas companies get? Nothing is stopping our government from suspending all taxes on fuel till this situation in Iran is resolved.

Now, remember, oil companies don't actually set the prices at the different gas stations. So if certain gas stations are ripping you off then that's on them.
