    I worked for DOJ so the statement was mine. The Public Safety Factor is part of sentence computation. Which is calculated. To receive out custody its apparent the visit that she had with Trump staff was enough to move her to out custody which has never been done. In December she petitioned for a new trial because she alleges there are 25 conspirators.
