True statement and no one has been arrested for it. They arrested the President of the United States of America 4X, charged him 91X, indicted him 4X, spied on his campaign, sabotaged his first term, jailed his supporters, raided his private residence, censored him, gagged him, tried to bankrupt him, and attempted to remove him from state ballots. When all of that failed they tried to assassinate him not once but two times. And they go on national television to talk about how we need to vote for them to save democracy. Jason D. Meister

Kavanaugh did not rule the EO was unconstitutional. Kavanaugh ruled it violated a previous Statute, and that Statute could be modified. But, the EO couldn’t take effect due to the Statute—not because of the Constitution or any Amendment. Justice Kavanaugh disagreed with the majority’s constitutional holding, but he concluded that Trump’s executive order violated a federal statute, 8 U.S.C. §1401(a). “Congress could—consistent with the Fourteenth Amendment—amend §1401(a) or otherwise enact new legislation establishing exceptions to birthright citizenship for children born to foreign citizens unlawfully or temporarily in the country. But Congress has not yet done so.” [Hidden Content] So, effectively, the ruling was 6-3 to deny the implementation of the EO. But, not because of the Constitution in Kavanaugh’s decision.

How do you guys see this one playing out this year?

Sounds like the B Slap to me.
-
It used to be called the Arabian slap, but Jap rhymed, so they changed it.

Like I said, 6/3. Based on constitutional law.
-
So what does Jap have to do with it?

Woodville will be just fine. Now that Luke is gone. They will run an offense that fits the whole team not just one player.

Actually, my version is with the front, then the back of the hand. This will do. Can’t believe I have to explain this, but some people…. [Hidden Content]

I am proud of you but I really don’t know what Jap Slap means. Is that a certain kind of slap?
-
And that’s what makes this tiresome. I attempted to show some of the negatives I see about Trump, and here we are playing games. It’s really pointless.
-
No really what does that mean? Is it a certain kind of slap?

List of things Trump did or didn’t do that I didn’t like: 1. Patted Mamdani on the back like they were buds. Not a good look but I believe Trump is sly. 2. He didn’t jap slap Zelensky. 3. He shows his hand sometimes and I believe he is a better poker player than that. 4. Hasn’t gone after the fraudsters hard enough. Maybe trying to get their ducks in a row first do the charges stick. 5. Hasn’t deported Omar. These are just a few. There are more but I don’t see the point in trashing him when I voted for him and trust him to do the right thing. Our government is a bureaucratic dumpster and every time Trump tries to do things for Americans, he gets shot down by a judge who thinks he is “king”. Go figure. I don’t think any of my negative opinions of Trump need to be shouted from the rooftops. I like Trump’s John Wayne style. He don’t take cap off no one, and I respect that.
