What alarms me is politicians being worth 200 to 400 thousand going into office and coming out worth 75 to 100 million+. Like the case up in Minnesota. Went in office at 90,000 and 4 years later has 100 million. That's what should alarm folks.

One major part left out was: Here is the exact wording: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."
