  3. It’s not true at all, you simply choose to believe it is because you hate Trump so much.
  4. I agree but it's true. This is the day and times we live in.
  5. Ridiculous statement.
  6. Michael Brown for starters.
  7. Under this current administration yes. I won't go into detail but we have many examples.
  8. Makes no sense. Someone is not doing their due diligence. It’s no way on gods green earth that you can say that, Denton (26-3) Lufkin (26-4) Red Oak (25-5) Birdville (25-5) Mans Summit (26-6) are better than BU (31-2) Brad Ernst and whomever needs to take this more serious. Birdville lost twice to Denton and still ranked higher? Stop it please
  9. The census is based on how many residents you have in a State. A State's electoral count is based on its representation in Congress. The more people in a State, the more congressional seats that State gets -- the more electoral votes per that State. In a census, if you count, say, 1 million illegals, then your electoral count goes up. I have already stated that Minnesota has basically already lost one congressional seat due to ICE getting rid of the illegals. Which will in turn lose an electoral vote. With all the people leaving California and when we do not count illegals in the next census -- California is in a world of hurt! But they aren't the only ones! The only problem is people don't understand how the electoral count works! Now they do!
  10. Everything except abortions Democratic platforms seek to promote free trade, social programs, labor unions, consumer protection, workplace safety regulation, equal opportunity, disability rights, racial equity,[4] regulations against environmental pollution,[5][6][7] and criminal justice reform.[8] Democrats support abortion rights, the LGBT community, and a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants.[9][10] Democrats typically agree with the scientific consensus on climate change and favor a multilateral approach in foreign policy.[10][11]
  11. Today
  12. Folks like hime are indeed rare in schools today. A lot of schools are used as a stepping stone to move on up.
  13. Incomprehensible. Illegals are not electoral votes. Electoral votes are apportioned based on each state’s congressional representation as of the census, which was 2020. This was after four years of Biden’s “disastrous” immigration policies. Texas gained 5 seats after the census. 5 Republican seats. California lost seats. If rampant illegals were impacting electoral votes, wouldn’t one reasonably expect the opposite to happen? People pushing these totally illogical scenarios sow seeds of mistrust in our electoral system. Good job, comrade.
  14. So if I posted “Back the Blue”, I should be at risk of being fired?
  15. Yes, under this current administration actions affecting individuals based on their speech.
  16. [Hidden Content] From the article: Altendorf said the dispute stems from her attempt to obtain active voter roll data from multiple Minnesota counties. She submitted data requests to four counties after reviewing state statutes and consulting with election integrity groups, arguing that as vice chair of the Minnesota House Elections Committee, she has the authority to access the information. According to Altendorf, Minnesota's secretary of state directed counties not to provide her with the information. Three counties declined to comply with her request, while Hennepin County — the state’s largest county by population — provided the data. After reviewing the Hennepin County records, Altendorf said she identified nearly 3,000 active voter entries missing key identifying information, such as birthdates, names and addresses, as well as what she described as potential duplicate records.

  18. This administration has a problem.
  19. So the Trump administration does an independent review of the shooting and concluded that the agents lied, have been relieved of duty and are facing termination and criminal charges. First, it kind of puts a damper on the continued claim in all law enforcement cases that everything is covered up. Secondly it is apparently the Trump administration that broke the news. I don’t think anyone on any side of an issue has a problem with going after crooked law enforcement officers.
  20. Congrats to Coach Brooks! What a ride!
  21. Is that like being a little bit pregnant? LOL!

  23. Silsbee assistant coach Ira Brooks will be coaching his last home game tomorrow night. Coach Brooks will be retiring at the end of this season. Coach Brooks has been coaching at Silsbee for 32 years. He has been a mainstay and key component to the success of the Tiger Basketball program. His JV teams have always been successful and have won many district championships even when several freshmen and sophomores were playing varsity. Coach Brooks has earned the respect and love from many coaches in our area. He has been a fantastic coach but an even better man. He will be missed. Congrats to my friend Ira.
