  1. Past hour
  2. Impressed on how Ned played tonight ( hope their hurt players are Ok) 100% Dayton needs to clean up penalties and grow a defense.
  3. It was definitely a weird game. 1st time I've seen scissor lifts with cameras for the first home game in district(2nd district game)... at PNG Not about excuses. I think Huntsville has more dawg in them than what was expected. And that's a whole other issue. Good win PNG
  4. Very very impressed with Lumberton tonight. Raiders really dominated from start to finish. Lumberton came into the game averaging just 16.75 points a game, scored 45. Raiders averaged just 260 yards total offense thru 4 games, they had that and more in rushing yards tonight along with about 100 yards in passing. Huffman came in averaging 48 points a game, scored 22. Falcons were averaging 294 yards rushing per game but were held to just 70 yards rushing tonight. Their RB Bacon was averaging 177 yards per game and 12 yards per carry. Tonight, he had 56 yards on 19 carries. Raiders completely controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. Both RB's for Lumberton went over 100 yards with Williams leading with 175. Lumberton only attempted 11 passes completing 6 for 100. Lumberton scored on their first 7 possessions (6 TD's, FG). Only possession they did not score on was the last possession when the backups played. Was the only time Lumberton punted tonight. Defensively was just as good. Solid line play and great tackling from all. Secondary covered well. Really kept this potent Huffman offense in check. All in all a great game plan from Coach McDonald and staff and great execution from the players. Just a great win for the Raiders. One has to mention (which we did in the broadcast) that strength of schedule really showed tonight. Lumberton was clearly the better team and you have to believe the tougher schedule really mattered. Congrats Raiders on a job well done.
  5. It happened right in front of me and it was very close, but I thought he was still up as he handed it off, but I can see the argument the other way. Both teams left it all on the field and had multiple opportunities to win. Heck off an exciting game. Dayton will need to clean up the penalties to get where they want to go.
  6. High scoring game, but still, that was two very tough teams tonight, I'll give them that. I was impressed.
  7. That was a classic game. Can't understand why Dayton left #18 in man coverage to get roasted all night. Foster was feasting tonight.
  8. I finally had my best week yet in this season of Pick 'ems! I got 22/25 correct.
  9. I wish LC could've pulled it off.
  10. I'm not questioning the Huntsville field goal decision, although I probably would have gone for it myself. I did however question PNGs play calling at the close of the 1st half. That long pass into coverage was silly, and not necessary with over a minute left. Anyway the game was definitely a tale of two halves.
  11. That's what makes it fun. Monday morning quarterbacking. Everyone does it

  13. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe he scored 4 times.
  14. Hindsight is really great. Amazing how fans know more than the coaches.
  15. Lumberton should have beat Nederland, they played Westbrook well, I thought we could play with Huffman but I didn’t think we would dominate them like that
  16. Man, I hate to hear that about the Dawgs, remember when they were consistently a very good team.
  17. Let the comeback begin! I hammered them on Smoaky, too. The annoying thing is I split two games somehow where I got it right on here and wrong over there. One of them was for sure a typo. But still, great week!
  18. Today
  19. Atascocita read option is deadly but they are going to need more than that. Especially since they can’t stop anyone on defense.
  20. This! Bulldogs should have went for the Win after the first OT… they was never going to stop Dayton’s O from 3 yards out…
  21. I'll say the weather was just about perfect tonight.
  22. 5-0 Pirates way to go! I think that this is the best start for them ever. Could be 6-0 next week against Tarkington. After that the real tests begins with WOS.
  23. Coming into the season Huffman was.. lost to La Marque week 1 which was a head scratcher… So yeah Huffman isn’t what people thought but gotta give credit where credit is due and that’s to Lumberton! Still a good win for them
  24. That ineligible man downfield took the win out of it. That was the deciding moment tbh. At the 3 with not much time on the clock. Instead we got into a shootout in OT and it's tough to stop Adrian Peterson at the 2 over and over again
