  1. Trump lost. There was no widespread election fraud. You’ve got to let it go.
  2. Part of Orange County from the Neches River through GSU’s power plant were annexed by the City of Port Arthur years ago so PAT could tax the power plant. Anybody in that area pays PAT city taxes but receives ZERO city services. If you call Port Arthur they’ll say “you need to call Orange County.” At least PAT has been a good steward of that tax money, lol.
  3. If the red hat fits, wear it. It helps the rest of us figure out who the morons are before they open their mouths and make it obvious.
  4. Yeah, but to the ignorant people, it gots to be Trump or nobody. But let’s be honest… “border security” and “Make America Great Again” are just thinly disguised pleas for the racist vote… which apparently he has locked up.
  5. Actually, policies aren’t on the ballot, candidates are. A vote for candidate “A” is a vote for candidate. “A,” period. You can hope that elected official “A” will do what he promised (like repeal and replace Obamacare) but promises made are seldom promises kept. And Trump is a pig. And what happens when you run with pigs? You get muddy. Just ask ANYBODY who has represented Trump or been in his Cabinet. He turned on ALL of them when they didn’t bow to egomaniacal and often criminal demands. And as far as Trump’s plans… he can’t get anything done because he’s a horrible politician (and human). Why didn’t Trump get the wall built? He couldn’t. Why didn’t Trump repeal and replace Obamacare? He couldn’t. Why did deficit spending explode under Trump? He cut taxes, but went on a spending spree. If you want to argue “but the economy was rolling,” I’d offer “not for long.” Trump believes in spending his way into prosperity, and it obviously doesn’t work. You can either cut taxes and spending (true conservative) or you can increase taxes and spending (textbook liberal). Trump CUT taxes and RAISED spending… sure, it heated up the economy in the short term, but now we’re headed towards, correction…. We’re going to be insolvent in just a few short years. If Trump couldn’t secure the border in four years (two of which he enjoyed control of both houses of Congress), how’s he gonna do it with no help from congress…. Cause the Ds are gonna roll in November, largely due to Trump and his biggest supporters like MTG.
  6. Hold them accountable? Like here in Texas where we have, by any definition, the most conservative Speaker that we’ve ever had. He pushed through an abortion ban and border security measures, reduced school taxes, etc… and the people who put him in office are firing him for not being MAGA enough. Every third commercial on TV is Trump (or somebody who supports Trump) calling Phelan a RINO and supporting an impotent replacement for the most powerful person in the House. It’s 100% MAGA, and it’s 12000% stupid. “oh, he didn’t do those things by himself” says everyone who doesn’t understand parliamentary procedure.
  7. The American people won't put Rs back in charge of the House after how bad they've screwed it up this time... And they would be right for refusing to do so. The difference between Dems and Repubs is that Republicans eat their own. It's the height of stupidity. Or depth, depending on your perception. The darlings on the right want nothing more than to stop anything that isn't MAGA approved 100%. They fire their own speakers, primary them, etc. Dems just aren't as dumb as the Radial Right.
  8. She was the only one at the SOTU wearing a MAGA hat. She is exactly what all of MAGA is…. Moronic.
  9. a single position of leadership. This is just embarrassing. But it's what MAGA wants. [Hidden Content] The Radical Right are the real traitors.
  10. I have some friends whose “fur baby” bit somebody in the face because “she wasn’t feeling good and he was “in her face.”” The young man needed three stitches on his chin. She still growls and snaps at people all of the time… she’s a cocker spaniel with a bad attitude and she bites. Those same friends are expediting their first actual skin baby this summer… they’re not worried at all, and I’m certain that they’ll be shocked when the dog maims their baby. God gave us dominion over the animals for instances like this.
  11. The only thing sadder than Biden being re-elected in 2024 is the fact that Republicans nominated Trump, who lost to this guy and is going to lose again. I think that makes Rs dumber than Ds.
  12. My understanding is that he’s being charged with falsifying business records regarding the payment of money to Stormy Daniels. Something along the line of Pecker paying her the hush money, then Trump reimbursed Pecker claiming that it was business deductible payments to Cohen… I think at some point it was questioned as to whether Trump illegally used campaign funds to buy her silence. Or something along those lines. I honestly don’t care to learn the specifics because I think that this particular prosecution is bogus, unless it led to tax fraud of some sort. A bigger question is why Trump bothered to try and kill the story when his good “Christian” followers don’t care how immoral he is. Y’all need to repent for supporting that godless man.
  13. I think you’re missing my point- I also believe the prosecution is a mistake, but that’s not the point. I’m confused that Conservative Christian Right-wing Republican straight white American male family first Trump voters are ignoring the fact that Trump did, in fact, do that awful thing…. But are instead focused on the fact that he’s being accused of covering it up. There’s obviously no decency or morality in MAGA. But they still believe themselves to be exactly that… the side of decency and morality. It would be funny if the stakes weren’t so high.
  14. Here’s the thing. I keep dropping facts on you, and you keep on knee-jerk saying “all lies!” I’ve asked you multiple times to point out whatever I’ve said that is factually wrong…but you can’t. You might not like the facts, and they might make your eyes sweat a little… but it doesn’t change the fact that they are as true. Heck, deep down inside you might even know that Ol’ CB is right, but you believe Trump isn’t to blame. That, sir, does not turn the truth into a lie. What you should have said was is “that may be true, but I’m giving Trump a pass because…” Not “that’s a lie” when the numbers don’t lie. But for you and everyone that believes Trump was good for the economy, I’ll give another of my beloved and informative analogies that might help you finally understand. A man handles his Family’s finances. He makes a decision that life could be better, so he’s like “this is our year!” He stops all contributions to retirement accounts (cuts taxes) then proceeds to book a trip to Disney, buys nice things for the family and maxes out all possible lines of credit…. Now they’re facing bankruptcy. The kids (y’all) are now arguing “things were so much better when Dad (Trump, also your Daddy) was in charge! We had nice things!” The man set us on a course for ruin with deficit spending, then it accelerated with COVID, then he was such a pig that Biden got elected, and now we’re facing another “anybody but Trump” loss in the November, guaranteeing four more years of nonsense from which we’ll probably never recover. The debt is just insurmountable. We shouldn’t be surprised, either. Trump has always been a “borrow as much as we can and pray (errrr, hope….not pray. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t do a lot of that) that it all works out” as evidenced by his businesses which have repeatedly bankrupted.
  15. Do you understand what you read? Or did you even try to read it? Trump added almost as much debt in four years as Obama added in eight, and you’re proud of that fact? Before you can say “COVID,” I’ll say “housing crisis of 2008.”
