What's Your Thought on 20-4A This Year

What's Your thought on 20-4A this year, I know Livingston will be rebuilding under a new Coach and new system. I haven't had a look at what we will have this year, but have to believe our new Coach will be doing some good things with our team. Even if we do not make the playoffs this year, I believe our teams will have to be dealt with in the future. With a good coach and a lot of talent coming up in the next 2 or 3 years it should be fun in Lions Country.

Vidor will take district this year with allison and amber jacks leading the way.
How many returning starter Vidor have coming back?
They got 3 coming back but one of those is the former freshman of the year two years ago and offensive player of the year last year. Plus her little sister amber is gonna be a freshman and she is just as good as allison if not better. Those two on the court can mean very very good things for Vidor.

Not going to happen...Vidor takes 3rd or 4th behind Ozen and Central for sure.

No way.

Way!,ha...Ozen 30 something and 1 team returning seriously ticked off over playoff loss and Central returning strong core including one of the best guards in the state.  Vidor has the spunk but not the horsepower to overcome those two.  Liv will be a force too to reckon with.

Okay. I'll give you that one. Ozen will give us a run for our money for the dc but really? Central? They lost there star man. They will be good but not as good as last year.

I'm hoping to go to Livingston scrimmage Saturday to see what they have this year. I know they have a good freshman crop of players, so the future should be good with some good player in JR high coming on.
Yea, I'll be there too.

Hillguy is right on the money!  (again)  Vidor will have a good team, but you either don't know girls basketball or you're kidding yourself when you stack them up man for man against the front runners in 20-4a.

vidor should be fine ,, they will battle for sure. lumberton should be much better. livingston will be exciting to watch. ozen should be team to beat tho. i dont think central has enough to beat them. one decent team will get left out of playoffs.

I was at the Vidor scrimmage sat. and they are ready for the season. Beat WOS by 50 and were without one of their top 7 players. This team is 8 or 9 deep this year and is easily in the same league as Central. They do not have height but have insane guard play and can jump. The young Jacks was a step behind but it was her first varsity experience and she should regain the her step by district and their press is still getting the quarks out of it. They are already ahead of where they were at the end of last season.
Wow 50 points, sounds like you all will be ok. We will be young this year but the future looks good, playing a lot of freshmen, sophs, and juniors this year, with a lot of freshmen on JV.

Wowwwww,  Vidor beat WOS in a Scrimmage by 50.....Now that's something to be proud of.... ::).  I sure hope Vidor does a little more than dribble pass half court and jack the ball......Central and Ozen are the top teams here....and looking forward to seeing what Lumberton has as well....

    • He's steadily improving rapidly. Not that your opinion matters much based on some of the wild projections you've made on this site
    • Cohen……a lying, backstabbing pos who does nothing but lie every time he opens his mouth. Let him utter words the prosecution wants to hear, and we can convict. Cohen told his ex advisor that he wanted to kill himself. What a worldly loss that would be. Let anyone on this board be put through the wringer with false charges and lies like Trump has had to endure, and you would be screaming at the top of your lungs how illegal all of this is.
    • It was and remains perfectly timed and choregraphed Kangaroo Court, whatever Cohen just said or lied about.  Face it, under Soros installed Biden and Merrick Garland, the USA is now officially a Bananna Republic with a Goverment that weaponizes itself against and destroys its political rivals. Putin and Xi are SO proud!  Dang I miss Democracy.
    • I haven’t been watching closely, but even the liberal sources even tell the story as “the defense really took apart Cohen’s testimony on Thursday.” It sounds like sloppy work from the prosecution to point out a specific call as being “the one,” when it was easily concluded that this particular call could not have occurred the way that Cohen (and the prosecution) claim it to have happened.    The bad news is that I doubt that it matters much-I suspect that most jurors minds were closed before testimony started.   I don’t see Trump leaving with anything less than a conviction based on the venue (NYC).
    • Tough case all the way around.  The guy had a lot of online activity come out where he made racist statements and statements about killing BLM protesters and looters.  So when he then goes out and does it, it looks really bad.  I've seen a lot of videos where people have driven through protestors, defended themselves against them, etc., and didn't bat an eye.  This feels different, but that doesn't necessarily make it murder, either.  His account of the events that happened vs. the witness accounts were both very different, but I'd also expect both sides' accounts to be self-serving and inaccurate to fit their narrative.  Not really sure what to think on this one.
